The good: Food was well plated and presented. Tasted as it should and appeared to be made from fresh, quality ingredients.

The Not So Good: Portions seemed a bit on the slim side. Although I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in a few months, I've ordered ton of Cantina Bowls before. Either the other locations I've gone too have been extremely generous and this spot not so much, or something else. Hard to say. But I felt a bit let down.
Most tables appeared cleaned but a few could have used a wipe down. The floor could have used a sweeping. It didn't appear busy so I'm not sure why this wasn't being done.

Placed mobile order. Went inside to picked it up they said they didn't have it, they"lost" it. Made us wait until they served everyone else. 30 minutes after placing order they give us a wrong order. Couldn't even get 3 crunchy tacos correct.

Worst damn service I've ever had stood at the. Register for 20 minutes. No one wanted to ring us up. All they were worried about. Was the drive through and pick up orders Even the manager stood there, staring at us and didn't even offer to help us.Something needs to be done about this place it's always this way .I know people who have applied and they won't hire them but have help wanted signs out

Very slow service
This store was so clean and only 3 ppl working. It was so nice to even see the kitchen clean. Ours in Medina, Ohio is always gross and never clean.
