They made me buy a $3 water for my daughter instead of letting her have a free water cup like most other restaurants, including other Taco Bells. I also stood at the register for 5 minutes before any employee even acknowledged me, even though there were 5-6 employees within 10 feet of me who could clearly see me waiting. When I got my food, they didn't even bother to give me my drink.

the service was terrible, we waited forever for our cups and the lady was rude when we asked. The food was incorrect, and they put our 14 tacos, three chalupas and, 2 burritos in one bag even though half of our order was made to be in boxes. none of the tacos were even wrapped nor did they have lettuce.

They always take forever, will make you late on your lunch break. Cannot even get in and out of the drive through line in 30min. Taco Bell has the healthiest eats for the fast food around this area and when you only have 30min for lunch you would expect quicker service. I have to continue going here because it’s my only optiob but they need to step up their game!!

I know it's only Taco Bell, not fine dining but our food look like it was literally thrown together and the Cinnabon bites were burnt to the point barely a drop of cream cheese inside. Tasted like they had been fried multiple times, ended up throwing them out. Chalupa's were over done and on the verge of being burnt as well.
Gross and slow, 25 minutes for 3 tacos and 2 burritos. Burritos were wrong.

Serving one customer at a time through the drive-thru and taking 10+ minutes per customer is completely unacceptable. This is Fast Food. Im going to be late getting back to work from my break and I work across the street. Ended up waiting 55 minutes. There were 3 people in front of me when I got in line.
