Food is consistent another other location we have been. Lemon pepper boneless wings had a zesty kick, and you can definitely taste the lemon flavor! Fries are really very good. Nothing really healthy here, but my son loves it. He usually lets me snag some of his food so I get to taste it even though I can't eat much. It wasn't beautiful inside, but okay...as expected for a wing stop. It took about 15 to cook the order fresh. Food was worth the wait.

Lemon pepper wet !!! This is the spot for some amazing wings BTW i have only had about 4 of their sauces once I discovered lemon pepper with the butter it was a wrap

We ordered boneless and classic wings. The boneless were fine but classic wings had an odd smell to them. We should of known better to eat them, but we did and we woke up have way through the night with food poisoning coming out both ends for a few days after. The chicken was bad. Seems like there needs to be more training on determining when the chicken has gone bad.

I've given mixed reviews of wingstop over the last year. Food quality is always good. It's the management that can ruin this experience. My husband ordered a few days ago and everything was perfect. We found out that the Hagerstown location is under new management, this is good news. Corn is delicious! Don't forget the brownie!

great customer service - great food and Ashley was wonderful - they have a lot of different flavor wings - our first time there and we could not wait to get home to have our supper - and they offer celery and carrot sticks instead of fries if you dont want fries which I got the veggie sticks and they was refreshing and went amazingly with the wings - go try it out !!!

we order from wingstop once in awhile, tonight I wanted there corn along with lemon pepper wings. There is a new manager and I actually called and told her how well the food was prepared and the taste was great. Usually the food isn't this good, it was excellent, the service was great and finally fast which they usually struggle with.I hope her boss sees this because shes doing a great job!
I love Wingstop so much that I regularly got to Hagerstown (from Chambersburg, PA) just to pick up a 10 piece combo. The Louisiana Rub is out of this world! Their fries are fresh and delicious every time. My order has been ready when I got there every time and the staff is always nice! I really wish we had a Wingstop in Chambersburg!

Just ate here the wings was FRESH HOT VERY tasty! Fries was HOT CRISPY. Service was GREAT Will was very friendly helpful and honestly understanding helped me make my choice knowledgeable about all the flavors of wings. Steve "mgr" came up to the front spoke very friendly. When customers were leaving he said Thank you for you for coming in please come back again. Restaurant was clean supplies was full Bathroom was clean. Good service in Hagerstown is hard to get everyone acts as though they have a attitude. It was nice to have these 2 gentleman be so Cordial. Thank Wing Stop for Steve & Will!

I love wing stop but this place was rough last visit. I called several times to order for pick up and nobody would answer. Phones don't work. Web says they are open til midnight, they close at 10. Drove over and they were open. Placed my order. Ran to grab beer and the young guy working was sitting on the sidewalk in front of the place smoking. When I went in he got up and followed me. Never washed his hands. Went behind the counter. Messed with the mop and mop bucket. STILL never washed his hands! Pulled my wings from the fryer. Grabbed a dirty metal bowl and tossed my wings in a dirty bowl with his dirty, smoky, mop bucket hands. Disgusting.

I had to stop in again at another Wingstop I've been to Wingstops in a few different states, and the food is always the same. Which is good cause I know what I'm getting My only complaint is that the wings are a bit on the skinny side

Placed my carry out order and left for 15 minutes and wasn't shocked that it wasn't ready when I came back. Then I sat there for another 15 minutes and watched the only 2 employees there wash dishes and answer phones, but no one was cooking anything. It took a total of 45 minutes to get 20 boneless wings and the place was dead. Food is good, but they are super slow! With that said, the guy working the front was very nice.
