Every week the food is fresh, plentiful and delicious! The folks are wonderful! Nothing is too much trouble, they gladly answer questions and clearly love making incredible food. From sandwiches to soup and sides, 5 stars plus!
Verna's Sub Shop has an extensive menu! The Fried Oyster Sandwich is delicious and has a nice portion of oysters!
The Baked Ham Sandwich on a Homemade Roll is jam-packed with soft, moist ham and you can choose your cheese and toppings. It's now one of my favorite sandwiches ever. It's a good thing Verna's isn't open every day. My kitchen would miss me.

Just recently moved here from NJ and visited the local Amish market where this shop is located for both breakfast and sandwich and soup specials and have found everything very good and service great and people "super friendly" only negative thing I can say is they are only ooen Thursday through Saturday ... so I go every day for some great food ... consider expanding your days ... would make me happy ?
