I preordered my food via app and said my food would be ready in 20 mins which turned out to an hour wait, staff was rude to customers to the point they were talking about customers loud enough all customers waiting for food could hear, when I went to request an eta on my order and that I wanted to cancel my order my food magically was ready to go. Even though they were “making food fresh” my food was cold and French fries were cold and soggy.

so no joke. i have a terrible addiction to wingstop. something i don’t have where i live but seek out when i travel. this wingstop is fantastic. walked in, they are boxing up my order. friendly, cooked right. awesome job. i have had so wild wingstop experiences. food is always good and this one is in the top 5

first of i waiting 15 or 20 mins to even order. the man upfront was great. they was busy and no one even spoke to me til after 20 ish mins when i called and said can i place my order now. while my order was making a women cook in the back with no gloves or a hair net with her hair down was making my food with NO BRA on no in uniform at all. she was the only one without gloves on. once again NO BRA and weird nose piercings. good luck with this store!

Had a big order I went in on and was the unlucky one missing their order. I get it, it happens. Nobody is perfect and the food industry is one im not in by choice for a reason. Went back to pick up my order and they just make you feel like a king to make it up to you. How can you get mad at that? Got my order fresh and hot and joked in a positive way with the crew. Bad issue turned into a good positive experience, im not even mad. Seems like a good crew out there. Thank you!

Not even a debate, the boneless wings here are the best chain wings that exist. Boneless 20 wings, two dips and large fries for $17 is insane. You can comfortably eat off it two times. The seasoning on the fries was incredible, would be the perfect fry to add a little bit of vinegar to. I recommend the Mexican Street Corn or BBQ flavors, both are delicious. Wings are juicy and cooked to perfection. The wait time was pretty long on a Sunday night, about 50 minutes. Once I got to the store they were efficient and the order came out slightly after the original time provided. Needless to say, it was worth the wait and more, definitely will be back
