My husband and I visited this location today for a late lunch. Both of our orders were incorrect. However the staff went above and beyond to fix the issues and were very apologetic. Even after we said we where fine with not fixing another one. 5 minutes later they come out to our table (in the middle of the food court) and brought us another sandwich plus a free desert. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience here today. Thank you!
The server’s were pleasant.Presentation was up to par.The service was fast and efficient.
Hygiene is a very important thing to me, I went to this burger king last time and the woman that served my food had LONG acrylic nails and NO gloves. She grabbed my fries with her bare hands. Very gross, employees should know better because what was that… remind them about basic hygiene especially if they have acrylic nails, those nails hold thousands of bacteria!
