“My husband and I never had an empanada before so we thought we would try them. I was a bit hesistant at first but let me say they did not disappoint! The crab one tasted wonderful, and real crab meat was used! The BBQ pulled chicken was delicious. My husband ordered a mushroom one and was not a fan of it...it lacked something. The apple pie was amazing!! You can tell the owners put time and care into making these. They were not greasy or anything! Will come by again when in area.“

“Last night, my family and I visited LaTolteca on our way back from celebrating my husband’s birthday. Prior to our arrival, I called to place an order and spoke with a wonderfully pleasant, patient, and attentive young man. I must admit, I confused him a bit since my husband was tired and cranky, and we thought we might have already passed the restaurant. When I inquired about the wait time, he kindly informed me it would be about 15-20 minutes, as they weren't very busy.

As it turned out, we were just two minutes away, so we decided to stop in and place our order in person. Upon entering, I was greeted by the same young man from the phone call, who recognized me and asked if I was the one he had spoken to. Knowing I was in a rush to order for a family of six, he remembered the items I had mentioned earlier and helped me choose from those, quickly explaining the details of each meal.

I want to extend my highest praise to this young gentleman with the big hair, reminiscent of my own son. I also commend the establishment for their exceptional customer service training. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and I felt great afterward, unlike some unsanitary places I've visited. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared even faster than expected—within 10-15 minutes instead of 15-20. Their service truly exceeded our expectations!“
