“First and foremost as I walk into the door I was greeted so warmly customer service skills marvelous even the manager I noticed that he was hands on with his employees now that whats you don't see in many places no more... I recommended many people my employees as well as my colleagues being a restaurant manager myself you know what to look for you know mostly how things are supposed to be done I'm having a meeting with my team about what I have experience at your location.. Well I should say it was exactly as it should be- lately my crunchy bean supreme tacos have been looking a little less full at other locations. Went thru the drive thru and totally confused the AI that you order with so someone had to hop on to fix it. But they got it squared away and it was delicious. 5/5 def recommended“

“First time here. I had the Birria Dilla (pictures) which was excellent. It's large, very cheesy, generous meat portions and excellent flavour profile. Not for someone trying to avoid oily food 😆. My husband had the steak and shrimp burrito and enjoyed it and our toddler really enjoyed the crispy chicken quesadilla (without sauce). Fair prices. Made fresh. There was no line when we went. We look forward to coming again!“

“I ordered tonight and loved the takeout experience. Got two make your own burritos and the queso. The person who made order was attentive to the noted about our allergies and our request for non beef queso, even though its not a menu option. Love this place after one visit, I'm putting it in rotation.

Also their queso is wayy better than Chipotle or Moes.“

“The staff was polite and the food came out very fast. There’s a lot of options on the build your own taco paper and they will also accommodate you if you don’t want any ingredient listed. Plus if it hadn’t been raining they have an outdoor covered seating area. It was just raining pretty bad when I visited.“

“We run Pinland Bowling Lanes on Dundalk Avenue. Tonight, not knowing what we were in the mood to eat, we stumbled across La Casita in Dundalk. I have to say, we were absolutely blown away. The food was spectacular and this will definitely be our go to for Mexican food in the future.“

I have been a faithful customer for over 3 years, so I'm familiar with the taste/quality of the their food. This new team they have in the Baltimore location, is not keeping up with the standards. The past several months that I went to Waverly location for the fajita burrito, it was completely off. I've experienced multiple of different issues, with my once favorite spot. *lukewarm/cold meat or burrito *cheese not melted *meat tasted weird *order incorrect or mixed up *size extremely smaller I know they are a busy business & they have always been that, but the quality has dropped. They still are a great establishment; with an excellent food selection. That's why they have faithful customers, that support them on a regular. I hope they use this feedback/review as a means to improve their services, to the same standards/quality as before. 😊“

“Used to go to R&R when they were in a gas station in Elkridge. Hadn’t been since they moved downtown and all the Food Network hype in between. Just got some tacos and a California burrito at the Lombard Street location and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The flavors and quality of ingredients are still excellent. “This is my second time eating at Howard's the first time was through DoorDash and no complaints at all! They listened to special requests even though DoorDash does not allow that on the app, when I called they were very accommodating and removed items from the burritos. “The only place that has actually kept their prices reasonable after the pandemic economic crisis. They don't overcharge you, and their cooks are not stingy with the food. The service is good, the restaurant is very quiet and the drinks are served in a huge jar 🍺. Their choice of Mexican dishes are healthy meals, freshly prepared dishes, decent portions, and great taste. This place is very undervalued. “FANTASTIC! I just tried a couple tacos on a whim from their truck at Taylor Ave and Loch Raven Blvd. and I'm very glad I did. I got the shrimp taco and the taco al pastor. Both were well crafted, the core proteins flavorful, the cheese, sauce and vegetables all extremely fresh, the shells hearty. The shrimp was especially fantastic, the seasoning didn't overpower its wonderful natural flavor, and the mild crumbled white cheese (queso fresco?) was a very nice compliment. The Taco al pastor was equally well made, and even more flavorful, with a unique blend of seasonings. While the seasoning wasn't my personal favorite, (slightly sweeter than I would like, though not extreme, with I think a little bit of cinnamon?) I was still happy to eat it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new flavor. Overall 5⭐ out of 5“

“Best cemita I’ve had in Baltimore by a MILE. Bread is perfect and overflowing with all the good stuff. Tamales were clearly exposed to some sort of radiation or the corn was grown with miracle grow as they’re gigantic ?. Basically one tamale is the size of two normal ones. Hole in the wall place but man oh man they know what they’re doing. Can’t wait to try more off their menu!“

“I ♡ El Habanero!The location is a food truck parked at the Carroll Motor Fuels gas station at the intersection of Eastern Ave and Kane St. They no longer have a menu on the truck and now only serve tacos, which are super delicious and incredibly affordable.The kind man told us that they served beef, pork, and chicken tacos, so we got one of each meat - 3 tacos for $10 flat. BRING CASH. The kind people working also don't really speak any English, but the transaction and service was very simple and fast regardless. I am definitely going to go back whenever I get gas again (also, the gas at this station is usually the lowest on this street as well. Very convenient!)The taste of the tacos were very fresh, the salsas are strong and spicy and accent the cilantro and onions very well, all over a slightly chewy soft corn tortilla. 3 tacos is a perfect portion, but if you're really hungry, I would say go for 4. My favorite was definitely the beef taco.

Kid-friendliness: Well, I don't think they have a mean bone in their bodies.

Parking: You can just park in the gas station for a few minutes, it's fine. If you're really worried or the gas station is busy, you can just park at the nearby Wendy's or Home Depot and just walk literally one minute. You don't have to pay for parking here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs, however, do note that it IS a food truck, so you might have to speak up.“

“This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . The strawberry butter pecan milkshake was my own signature flavor and they excuted beautifully . I plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you for great food and service.“

“Absolutely delicious soup!
The broth is rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced — not spicy at all, just right. The meat is without any fat or tough veins, and that is extremely important to me. It tastes very fresh, not like deep-frozen meat, and it’s incredibly soft and tender.
The soup is simply excellent. I actually hunt for authentic Mexican soups like this! I’m a truck driver, and most of the food I come across on the road is terrible… but this place is a big exception.
