Plus if it hadn’t been raining they have an outdoor covered seating area. It was just raining pretty bad when I visited.“

Just got some tacos and a California burrito at the Lombard Street location and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The flavors and quality of ingredients are still excellent. I've experienced multiple of different issues, with my once favorite spot. *lukewarm/cold meat or burrito *cheese not melted *meat tasted weird *order incorrect or mixed up *size extremely smaller I know they are a busy business & they have always been that, but the quality has dropped. They still are a great establishment; with an excellent food selection. That's why they have faithful customers, that support them on a regular. I hope they use this feedback/review as a means to improve their services, to the same standards/quality as before. 😊“

“The only place that has actually kept their prices reasonable after the pandemic economic crisis. They don't overcharge you, and their cooks are not stingy with the food. “I’ll be honest, I was both excited and skeptical about trying Wonder when it first opened. The whole concept seemed a little strange to me, and I wasn’t sure how it would actually work. Since they were offering 50% off for first time customers when I went, I figured it was worth a try.

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

If you’ve been curious about Wonder and are looking to try something different, I’d say it’s worth checking out, especially while they’re offering 50% off for new customers. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . “I ♡ El Habanero!The location is a food truck parked at the Carroll Motor Fuels gas station at the intersection of Eastern Ave and Kane St. They no longer have a menu on the truck and now only serve tacos, which are super delicious and incredibly affordable.The kind man told us that they served beef, pork, and chicken tacos, so we got one of each meat - 3 tacos for $10 flat. BRING CASH. The kind people working also don't really speak any English, but the transaction and service was very simple and fast regardless. I am definitely going to go back whenever I get gas again (also, the gas at this station is usually the lowest on this street as well. Very convenient!)The taste of the tacos were very fresh, the salsas are strong and spicy and accent the cilantro and onions very well, all over a slightly chewy soft corn tortilla. 3 tacos is a perfect portion, but if you're really hungry, I would say go for 4. My favorite was definitely the beef taco.

Kid-friendliness: Well, I don't think they have a mean bone in their bodies.

Parking: You can just park in the gas station for a few minutes, it's fine. If you're really worried or the gas station is busy, you can just park at the nearby Wendy's or Home Depot and just walk literally one minute. You don't have to pay for parking here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs, however, do note that it IS a food truck, so you might have to speak up.“

The broth is rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced — not spicy at all, just right. The meat is without any fat or tough veins, and that is extremely important to me. It tastes very fresh, not like deep-frozen meat, and it’s incredibly soft and tender.
The soup is simply excellent. I actually hunt for authentic Mexican soups like this! I’m a truck driver, and most of the food I come across on the road is terrible… but this place is a big exception.

“Best cemita I’ve had in Baltimore by a MILE. Bread is perfect and overflowing with all the good stuff. Tamales were clearly exposed to some sort of radiation or the corn was grown with miracle grow as they’re gigantic ?. Basically one tamale is the size of two normal ones. Hole in the wall place but man oh man they know what they’re doing. Can’t wait to try more off their menu!“
