Kid-friendliness: Kids who eat there are always well behaved. The Japanese soda with the marble in it is very popular with kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: No hills or steps. There is space between tables and their chairs are easily removable in order to put a wheelchair in place. People are very friendly.“

“I have stopped in this restaurant many times and never stayed because of the lack lustered warmth of the waitress. Her engagement with patrons leaves a lot to be desired, and is tinkering closely to being rude. My lunch companion wanted to eat here, so I stayed and the food was great. When its your first time communication about the menu and food items is extremely difficult and short. Language barrier plays a small part but body language is on spot for "poor service". Anyhoo, I got the lunch special as shown, and I was delicious. Beverages leave a lot to be desired. I opted for water with lemon, and it was served in a 8 oz plastic Dixie cup (like at the dentist). The seating in the dining area is CLOSE, so don't dine in if your planning for steamy conversation professional or not. Whispering is still loud. We even bumped into a local celebrity.

“The sign said they open at 11, I got here at 10:30 and they still served me with NO ISSUES. They prices were VERY GOOD! The lunch special comes with your choice of an egg roll or soup. “Driving up to the area to visit a family member in the hospital and got stuck in crazy traffic and was super delayed, I was about to miss visiting hours. I sent in my order online once I got close and had a very slim window to actually bring it to them. I started to panic and got emotional that I wasn’t going to make it with their treat. “My friend and I went to Sushi Hana yesterday for the first time ever. The setting is quite peaceful, the staff is friendly and professional, and they got a nice indoor aquarium.

My friend and I got a sesame seaweed salad to share. Small sized, so easily shareable between two friends. We both got two different types of udon dishes that we both liked, but couldn't finish due to the quantity. I personally liked my Nabe Yaki Udon with chicken, but I couldn't finish all of it.

For dessert, we shared one order of mango-flavored ice cream mochi. One order of mochi comes with a plate of two mochis cut in half. The mango was very yummy and not too sweet.

If you're a DC resident going to Baltimore for work and/or visiting friends, or if you're a local college student, I recommend going there if you're looking for a quiet place to dine on a Monday afternoon.“
