I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“
