“We got an appetizer sampler and nachos to share. And I got the $5 drink special and it was really good. When we got our aperizer sampler unfortunately the wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. We told our server and she had it remade and the manager brought it out quickly and apologized. No big deal things happen. When it came back out and it was hot it was really good though!“

“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well.
