I had a major case of miscommunication when it came to my catering delivery. The day of my event, I called Chipotle to have sure my catering was still on track for deliver. During my call, they told me they did but deliver and that I would have to pick up my food, but when I got to the restaurant, they said my food had already been picked up and was on its way to the destination. Needless to say I wasn't very satisfied. The story continues, but I think you get the point.

I was in this location this morning, it take them a while to come take order. I ordered burrito but they charged me $1.50 for the additional burrito to wrap even though I didn’t ask nor the Latino lady told me if I need or okay with the charge, she was rushing to skip order and finish it. At check out , they charged me $3.50 for small drink though I asked a water cup for water. $18+ for total which I normally pay round 12. Not a good practiceThe inside is dirty.
