Honestly the best chipotle in the DMV. I’ve never had any issues. I always order for pick up and my food is always ready on time and fresh. And I love that they are timely because I only have a 30 min lunch break to get food and eat before returning to work. GREAT

The reviews are a little harsh on this place. Yes I believe they are reading our concerns and are taking note of the dissatisfaction that many customers like myself are experiencing.

However, since my first visit; I went back twice just to give them another chance and both times I was fully satisfied with my order and service. No they don’t have perfect customer service but they do their job and the food is delicious!

I’m going to come...

The counter was dirty employees standing around talking doing nothing. There was no reason that restaurant shouldn't be spotless. Especially the counter. There was no customers when I walked in another reason the counter should have been wiped down. I even suggested that it be wiped down and no one moved to wipe it down. The front counter of the restaurant should always be spotless especially when the restaurant is empty and everyone is standing around doing nothing.
