I watched the manager stop a customer from stealing tips to pay his meal, wearing all black with black ski mask. But first I was greeted by 4 teenagers blocking the line talking loud charging their phone. Someone with legs up across 3 seats as I went to get my folk and napkin. Is it just the area? I would have to buzz people in. God Bless those workers there. FYI 6:30 pm.

I went to this chipotle because I ordered on the app and my Dasher did not drop it off at my house. I was unable to receive help from DoorDash and from chipotle (the app) so I went to the store and talked with the manager, I didn't happen to get her name, but she was working the 5 PM shift on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 and asked for her help and she helped me out even if it wasn't her problem or the store's fault.
