I've ordered to-go from here 3x before. I finally got the chance to sit in and the service and food was good. I love that everyone in the art district raves about this place. It's like a staple. The burgers are good and the crab pretzel has an oniony taste but surprisingly, I liked it.

Food and beer were both good. We had a group of 14. Our waiter was friendly and kept on top of things, came back to refill glasses and take more drink orders, checked that our food was good, brought containers for leftovers. I would go there again.

Neighborhood favorite. Living nearby we go regularly and like that the menu rotates 4-6 times a year so we don't get bored (would love to see the tostadas app make a comeback!). Menu highlights that we'll probably never get bored of though are the Planter's Punch and Moroccan Lamb Sliders - so dang good.
We mostly prefer the outdoor atmosphere and bar area, always have friendly service. Overall Franklin's is eclectic and relaxed, and while everywhere has had to raise prices lately feel they are still a fair deal for the area and appreciate that it allows us to come more regularly. Just wanted to give them some love with a review, thanks Franklins. :)

This is a delightful little brewpub with GREAT food. The crab dip is always a good idea, but you just can't go wrong. I've always had fantastic service and it's never a long wait for food.
Vegetarian options: They have a few options, but the stand out is their house-made black bean burger which is quite exquisite.

Visited Franklin's for the first time on the recommendation of my sister, who lives in Cheverly. I was pleasantly surprised. The menu had a variety of choices, and the food quality was very, very good. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend Franklin's to anyone, and I will be returning the next time I visit my sister. As for the four star rating, I only give five stars to the highest end restaurants, so consider this a strong recommendation.
