I ordered from the Sergeant road location on 3 different days Dec.3rd,Dec.4th n Dec.5th n neither days did l get what l paid for no cole slaw no bread no tartar sauce n no hot sauce n l ask for mumbo sauce for the chicken wings l didn't even get ketchup for the fries. I'm a senior citizen which happens to be bedridden so that why l use Uber Eats which by the way told me that sometimes merchants forget things 3 days in a row really come on now yall really need to get it together alot better than this.

Customer service is on point here and the restaurant is extremely clean. The chicken, fries and fish are traditional Hip Hop style, served fresh, hot and crispy. If you like your food well seasoned be sure to ask for extra seasoning, otherwise you might find it well cooked but bland.

On Monday Nov 6 i ordered fish and wings. I was very disappointed with the quality of food served. ish had no seasoning and our fries came wings were old and very dry. Our ordered came with fries which were cold and soggy.Please do better . I would like to continue to Patronize your business But will not do so, if you cannot do better with the orders.

The customer service was unprofessional and the cook and cashier both have issues with Black patrons Due to the location of this restaurant, most of their customers are of the African American descent. I'm so disappointed since the servers were both hispanic and they're aware how discrimination affects people of color. I'm requesting an investigation of the cook and cashier actions.

My sister had a cookout so I wanted to bring chicken. First time here. Clean, spacious. Parking outfront, which is a shared shopping center. This location is at the entrance of the shopping center however so less traffic I lived in Baltimore for a number of years, but haven't had Hip Hop in a while. I ordered a 20 piece mix over the phone and was told it would take about 15 min. Order was hot and ready at my arrival. Came with fries on the side Back in the day, a 20 piece mix was less than $20, on this day and forever in the current menu it comes to about $28 total. Gahhhh My family didn't really care for it. They actually barely ate full pieces. It also didn't taste as good, sugary or whatever fake crack they used to put on the chicken when I lived in Baltimore Would not return for large platters, maybe if I was only hungry and wanted some chicken. Then i'd get a single order for myself or try other items
