We visited from Tennessee to come here obviously because we are HUGE fans of Chef Dorzon... to our absolute delight I got to fan girl and meet him!!! I am absolutely obsessed! To make the visit even better, the food was freaking phenomenal! Our waitress made our stay perfect. Not gonna lie, we will make the 8 hour drive again, just to come back to this extraordinary restaurant!
The Food is delicious especially the Char broiled oysters and the Beef Short ribs I would have gave it 5 stars but I strongly disliked the Jerk Crab cakes they need to take that off the menu. Totally ruined my night
Travelers experience was well worth the drive and money. I was celebrating my birthday weekend by visiting Downtown D.C and staying in the Maryland area for a mini vacation. Huncho House was on my bucket list to visit and to support black owned business. All I can say is it did not miss , the restaurant was everything I expected. It is small on the inside , that’s the only downside. Like you are sitting really close to your neighbors. The ambience was so sophisticated stylish....
