I order 4 wings, yams & greens
0/10 if I could
The YAMS NASTY ! NO CINNAMON, BROWN SUGAR & IT HAD CLEAR JELLY LIKE ON IT.
The GREENS WERE OK .. & the CHICKEN WAS BIG & BLOODY ON THE BONE… TASTED LIKE PEPPER FLOUR.
Lady at register, didn’t have the best attitude.. throwing the forks and napkin in the bag & her face told it all.
Only good for breakfast food. Dinner was HORRIBLE!!! Mac n cheese DRY and BURNT! Yams BLAND mixed with BLAND canned apple filling. Yams I was able to doctor up and salvage them but mac n cheese was hopeless. DIDN'T get my cornbread that I was charged extra for.
Let me tell yall something! DONT THINK ! JUST DO IT! Just go! You won’t regret a nothing! That God created food is amazing!
Got charged $23 for two chicken sandwiches. Was too late to get a refund by the time I noticed.
A good carryout diner modernized (the old fashioned diner style not the Silver-styled. ...meaning they're super hearty servings priced affordably)! You can feed more than 1 person with each order.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was plenty of food .
The mac and cheese sat on the food warmer for so long that the cheese started to curdle and was burnt. Burnt curdle cheese lol. The fried fish was okay but lacked seasoning, and the cabbage was just ok. They serve a generous portion—almost too much, perhaps to compensate for the lackluster quality. Overall, the food could be much better.
These guys have been around for decades! The food hits the spot everytime....I typically love their wings, However this visit, the wings (while still tasty & good) were under cooked and as a result they were tough and hard to pull apart.....When I desire comfort food and don't feel like cooking it myself, this one of my only "2" go-to spots to satisfy my craving......
Wheelchair accessibility: The store front entrance is leveled and appears to accommodate wheelchair access ....

I tried this place for the first time today! Omg the jerk wings were overcooked, it was so dry! The cabbage and collared greens were just ok! I was hoping to support a black owned business and was excited to find somewhere new to dine! Definitely a waste of money l!

This place has gone down. The food wasn't even edible. I had the breakfast. I haven't been here in about a year and I was highly disappointed. Bacon and sausage were dripping in grease, eggs were cold and overcooked and the grits were bland with no seasoning at all. Not sure what happened with the food but I won't be back. The service was always terrible.

It's not a warm welcome when you come in the older generations seem like they don't want to be there they don't give you a nice hospitality to make you feel welcome that's something the head puppy need to check on before they stay losing customer but other then that the food is really good for the price

I purchased jerk chicken wings (Season well and spicy), cabbage ( Good), sweet potato (ok), corn bread (disappointing). I dine in. What disappointed me the most was the price for a cup of ice.
