Food doesn’t taste good. Staff isn’t nice

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE customer service. I had placed an online order for pupusas revueltas just to get pupusas de frijoles. Understandable since the order did have side of casamiento. So I call to get this fixed. I repeated the my order to the Cashier Ana MULTIPLE of times that my order supposed to be revueltas NOT frijoles. I go back to pick it up and I did not check because I didn’t think she would mess it up the second time around. I was wrong. I got the SAME EXACT pupusas again!!! These pupusas were a treat for a coworker and they can’t eat beans. I called for a refund because at this point it’s too cold to be outside to pick up wrong orders and we were both frustrated, but Ana did not want to refund my money due to me “already getting an order even if it was not correct.” She wanted me to go back for the THIRD time and when I declined she would offer other days like Tuesdays to go back for the right order. I politely asked to get refunded, she declined to do so. After multiple times of telling her to refund me, she said I would have to go to the store to pick up my refund???? I paid with my card NOT with cash. Whole phone call was very sarcastic because she knows she was wrong. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Ordered 2 pupusas to go. One cheese and one with cheese and frijoles. All in all they were mediocre. The curtido was lacking flavor was missing vinegar. The red salsa was ok. Would I come back to order pupusas here? Nope.

Firstly, good afternoon, secondly, Dortmund and thirdly, the food, the truth is, it wasn't that bad, but for that price it wasn't worth it, personally, if you want to eat something delicious, I don't recommend this place.

I will never buy food in that place again. I ordered a mixed fajita and they gave me all the meat raw and the chicken was terrible. I didn't want to give stars because it doesn't deserve a single star, but I had to give them because it wouldn't let me publish my comment.

The food is super good, breakfast but the super pedantic skinny waitress is there cheating, suffocating the customers and sawing the blinds on the windows, super bad at serving but the food is very good but I give her bad marks for the tall dry waitress

Terrible service My family and I arrived, there was no one to help us, we were talking saying good morning, we approached the kitchen to say good morning and no one, the employees don't know where the restaurant is, it seems like it's alone and this has already happened to me twice. ....They lose clients and people spend money on them. We were 10 people and another couple arrived and they also left for the same reason...Very very bad service
