Friendly staff and fast service! I ordered and walked across the street to buy a 6 pack of beer. By the time I got back my two combo dishes were ready and packed for me. The portion for the Singapore noodle were generous with proteins. The General Tso's is also good.
Also, the service beats the hell out of Golden China.

New Century Carry Out & Rest is a long-standing spot with friendly staff and fresh, flavorful food. The chicken is a standout, not rubbery at all. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including the well-loved chicken wings seasoned crispy & fresh, with legitness mumbo sauce. Customers appreciate the attentive service, Apple Pay option, and the tasty sweet tea. Inside is clean and has seating available, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant provides good value, with generous portions and affordable prices. Many guests have enjoyed their experience, noting the quick and friendly service, especially when calling ahead. The wings are lightly seasoned but crispy, and with mumbo sauce, they become even better—has some spicy to it and a nice consistency. Fries are typical carryout style, with some guests suggesting they add salt and pepper next time. The half and half drink (ice tea & lemonade mix) is decent. Highlights include pork fried rice and steamed dumplings. Overall, it’s a great place with a friendly vibe and tasty food, making it a recommended spot for those craving NYC Chinese food vibes.
