These people love to try to close 30 minutes early everyday. I placed a mobile order. I get here and they’re like 9 more minutes. Mind you, I placed the order 15 minutes ago and they feel like because they close at 6, they don’t want to make anything after 5:30pm. I ordered REGULAR chicken by the way, not anything special!

1 star because of the $5 deal, the food was hot & guy was nice.

First of all, how do a chicken place, run out of chicken. 3 out of 6 waited so co. lost money.

Second of all, a cashier should NOT be touching food and drinks without washing her hands. The health dept. will shut you down. She acted like she had an attitude & spoke to guy in Spanish. After she washed her hands, I asked for drink and she ignored me and started working in the back.

We should've gotten a free apple pie for the wait & inconvenience.

Won't be going back. Too many other food places.

The store manager, Gabriella, was extremely dismissive and rude when I asked a simple question about correcting an app order. When my order was later made incorrectly, she remade it but offered no apology and was unwilling to address the inconvenience in any way. One of the employees actually apologized on her behalf, which speaks volumes about the situation. I hope corporate reviews the customer service standards at this location.

Shut this location down. I placed an order and received old chicken that was hard as a rock. I took it back for them to see and exchange and they said all of the chicken looks that way. LOL I got my refund and left.

Oh, be careful with the cashier in that place, he stole a dollar from me, oh, you have to pay close attention to the change when you pay cash and the brisket is too small and looks like it's not a brisket but half of it and $3.99 is too much...they should improve on many things starting. With the employees and the food very small, the pieces... apart from that, they don't even tell you the change properly, they easily steal ๐Ÿ˜ก
