Me and my family had dinner over Prime Grill & Bar, we loved the food and service. We had a variety of dishes and were surprised by the taste of the Pita bread, matbuja, kabob and humus, just spectacular!! If you are in Houston area it’s a must. Five starts service. Thank you!! We will be back ?

The food was very very bad. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Restroom was not clean/comfortable.I think they need to try to make better meals. As in Freshly cooked food. Most of the food we ordered tasted like spoils.I don’t think I will be going back there.

Horrible customer service!! I just attempted to grab takeout from this place, despite reading the concerning reviews- I figured you don’t know til you try. We walked in and it was empty- a lady came out from the kitchen and threw a “menu” on the counter and left. We stood there trying to figure out what we would like to order given that there were no prices on this “menu” and no names of the items, just photos. The lady came back out a few minutes later and said with such an attitude “what is your order?” . As if we were annoying her- very confusing. Eventually, she asked again and we asked if they had puff puff. She responded “noo” with the most disgusting attitude . We were in disbelief and just walked off without responding . Because why would we be inclined to eat there if you’re treating us like our presence is pissing you off? Will not recommend at all. The food probably wasn’t even worth the trip there anyway so will take our money and patronage elsewhere.

I’m definitely not one to spoil business or target organizations but my experience wasn’t good.I ordered spicy goat and could barely stand next to my plate because of the stench.The eru is soft!, the egusi soup isn’t even nice.This place needs to do better!!!The bathrooms are DIRTY!Their customer service is ZEROO!
