This is where we need to go! Small business owners who make genuine food from the heart. I had the opportunity to meet the wonderful owner Ruby. She was a gem. And she has a gem that she serves to the community. I appreciated that she gave me a moment to speak while it was slow to share the history of where she came and where her and her team are going.
