“I hosted a corporate dinner party at Boordy last night, and it was my first time being at their facility and getting to experience what they offer. After a miscommunication between myself and the (external) caterer, who was providing food for the event, I was left scrambling to figure out how to accommodate all of my guests in a very short amount of time. Grace and Carly immediately leapt into action and saved the day, no questions asked. They went above and beyond to help out, never once stressing out or making the inconvenience seem like an inconvenience. It was top notch service from both of them all night and extremely appreciated! The wine was wonderful, the space was great and I can't say enough good things about the service. Thanks again Carly and Grace!”

Juanita recommended so many things to help make my experience so enjoyable. The food was outstanding! She recommended the buffet so that I could try several things I was interested in. Others on the staff showed me some presentations for the way some items are traditionally served. What a wonderful dining experience in Bel Air! Highly recommend this restaurant!”

“I dined there for the first time tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy, and perfectly decorated. The first two drinks that I got were absolutely amazing, as they were custom-made. We also tried a flight of tequila, which was also very delicious. We both got an entrée each, and got nachos and queso. It was all absolutely delicious. The waitress kept coming back to check on us and was very attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening. We’ll be back!”

“I was waited on as soon as I walk in and greeted by Carol. As usual she was pleasant and took my carryout order. The transaction was pleasant and Carol thank me for my order at Conrads. I really like her videos on Facebook.”

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!”

“Been meaning to shout this place out for a while. But Otoman HALAL SPOT has got to be the best halal food in the county, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I eat there multiple times a week. For the vegans/vegetarians, their falafel is the best I’ve had. Their portions are incredible, and they even have non-halal food for those who like sandwiches / burritos / desert.”

The Hostess, "Crystal" went above and beyond and truly brings the vibe, knows her role, her ability to engage customers, her energy.. The food was and the presentation of the Flight Sampler was cool little birds.. We had Coco Bread(Better than Texas Roadhouse) , Salmond with Rice n peas and coconut cream sauce AND Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta. Topped off Crystal made me a personalized Mother's Day dessert of warm pound cake with vanilla ice cream and drizzle on top.. She definitely "Loves what she does" It ALL made for a great experience.”

“Love this place! They have great food, at great prices, and great service. The loaded fries for $6, cannot be beaten, and I LOVE their lamb gyro. My husband always gets their lamb combo rice bowl, we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. The dinning area is small, but quiet and a really nice place to sit and have a quick bite while your out with your family. This place has become one of our families favorite places to eat out for 2 of the most important reasons. First, it is delicious!!! And second, it's super affordable. We have a family of 5 and it can get expensive quick to eat out, but not here.”

“I love the 50's music that plays and the really nice photos on the walls. Be prepared to experience a completely different way of flavors. The menu is diverse and very interesting. This was our first time there and we have decided to make it our place to go after a DR. visit nearby. There is parking on the street as well as behind the building. We were unaware of the parking behind the building so I thought a heads up to others was needed. The menu online is the same as the actual menu. The difference is the online menu printing is extremely small. We were thoroughly impressed with Ms Shirley's Cafe. It is well worth the trip!!!!”

“Randomly driving through Timonium on our way back to PA we were looking for food. Fuentes showed with good reviews and we stopped. Now once a month (sometimes more) we drive an hour back to Timonium for amazing food. We’ve even brought family down here. The italian food is plentiful and tasty but the fish and shrimp tacos are our favorite. A lovely couple owns the place and they cook all the food and they’ve always been kind to us. We hope to come here for many more years.”
