I went through the drive thru and order a flounder fish sandwich it was very good the cashier was polite and the service was fast.

I went with my family on Thursday. It's a clean place, great customer service. The food was fresh and tasty. The music was very entertaining it gives you the motivation to stay and dine in. We had a great experience in this place...the staff was very helpful, friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I have walked through the restaurant before but I did it today. Today I visited Popeye and the drive thrue, around 10:45 a.m., the kindness and treatment of the person who took the order to the people who packed it left me very excited to visit them again, thanks to the team, you can tell that they are united and work as a team.

The WORST experience not only on service but the food was horrid! Went through the drive-thru at 5:22 PM on a weeknight. Was told the mild chicken 12 piece would take 13 mins and would I be ok to wait, I agreed to wait. Pulled through, paid and was told to pull up and they would bring my order out to me once it was done. 25 mins later, someone finally came out and had to ask me what my order was!! They completely forgot about me!!

I got my order, finally and headed home. Once my husband got home from work, we ate. Only to find that the chicken was like cardboard and tasteless! It had ZERO spices or seasonings on it and was completely inedible. The sides which were mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese looked good (but so did the chicken) and just like the chicken were completely bland and had ZERO spices or seasoning to make it even somewhat edible!!

$42+ for what???? To be forgotten about and tasteless food that is being thrown away??

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!

Well start of we went thru the drive thru and she was very fast and it was very hard to make out what she was saying due to her lack of english. Our drinks were watery with a bunch of strawberry jam at the bottom? our food was completely wrong our fries were so small and the food tasted old. she forgot my ranch. this was a waste of $30.00. don’t come here.

The fries at this place are a hard pass—either cold and hard or hot and soggy. I’m not sure if that’s a dinner-time issue, but it wasn’t great.

Friendly but the food was terrible. Mac and Cheese portion was laughable (and you have to pay extra bc it's an upgraded side) and the chicken strips were nasty they didn't pull apart which makes me think they could've been cooked a little longer. I originally asked for legs with a combo meal but they said it would take 14 mins. So I switched to the tenders. I asked if they were available since I already struck out with legs. The young lady said yes. After I pay, the manager steps in and explains it would be a 3 min wait. I guess they were not available but without an attitude, I explained that I didn't mind waiting. Unfortunately the food was not worth the wait or the meal change. Will be visiting the location on 85 for now on!

Bad service, everyone is bored, they don't know English, they don't answer the phone, they leave those employees who think they are the owners, starting with El Amilcar, boss.
