New management is needed at this location immediately! There is a language barrier which created frustration for the manager who clearly did not speak English very well instead of trying to understand what we were asking for he became very rude and nasty! Order was completely wrong and at that point we asked for our money back he then threw the 20.00 into the car. I have the entire encounter on video will be contacting corporate. The manger who walks around on his phone with the pink phone case.

I placed a mobile order for pick-up and was really impressed with how the staff handled everything, especially during a busy time. Even though there was a small wait, they were friendly and made sure my food was packed with care. The wings were well-cooked, and the biscuits were warm and fresh. I had a couple of questions about sauces and utensils, and the customer support bot was actually helpful—it guided me through everything and quickly connected me with someone who could assist further. The team handled my concerns professionally and made me feel heard. I really appreciate the effort from both the staff and support system. Definitely a place I’ll be ordering from again!

Our two chicken sandwiches were greasy and made us sick to our stomachs. We wasted our money at this location on Thursday July 24, 2025 at 4:30pm. Your restaurant gives the franchise a bad name.

The Popeyes at the Bennett Creek location was pretty busy when I went, but the staff handled it really well. Even with the rush, they stayed organized and kept the line moving smoothly. I was impressed that nothing I ordered was missing, which doesn’t always happen at busy spots. We got all of our food just as we ordered it, and everything was hot and fresh. They also made sure we had all the sauces we asked for, which was a nice touch. The team worked efficiently and stayed polite the whole time. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept, even with the steady flow of customers. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping things running right. I appreciated how carefully they checked the order before handing it over. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I've dined in fancy restaurants worldwide, but NOTHING compares to Popeyes in Urbana. From the angelic employees to the aroma of pure joy, this place is a culinary masterpiece. This Popeyes has changed my life; I'm a better person because of it. If you're ever within 100 miles, experience this holy grail of fast food. Five stars don't even begin to cover it!

Food was so hot i came at 9 it was amazing must come seriously coming again for sure

Says the close at 11pm, but I've been there at 9pm and the door is locked.
