“First time visiting Brookside Inn and we were blown away! The food was outstanding. The menu is so descriptive that it makes you want to try everything you’d honestly have to come back multiple times just to experience it all. We also loved that they support Hemp’s Meat, a local meat locker. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress, Kaylor, was incredible she memorized all of our orders and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband had the jalapeño burger, I had the beef brisket sandwich, and our daughter ordered the buffalo wings. The wings alone were worth the money very meaty and cooked perfectly. We’re already looking forward to going back and truly believe this will become our new go-to dining spot!“

“Bruh. We (Steve and I) are from the Boston area and here for work. I found this place searching for “food near me”. The reviews didn’t lie. The food is killer. The Roastie burger is incredible. It’s not the typical burger where they cover the lack of meat flavor with toppings, but rather it’s a mix of both meat flavor and righteous toppings. Get brussell sprouts as the side, or the roasted potatoes. Both are excellent.
Now the beer selection: 20 on tap! Can’t go wrong with any of them and you can get a flight! The beers are flowing now which is why you’re reading this review.
The service is top notch as well. Ingrid slays it behind the bar and is a great conversationalist and can pick a “dealer’s choice” beer for you. As parents, we’ve had in depth conversations about Bluey and other shows. Ingrid is a great outlet for discussing quality shows and venting about nonsensical shows (looking at you Bubble Guppies).

“Was in town recently visiting family and stopped into Bushwallers with my father in law and 2 bothers in law. Man, what a cool spot. Good crowd on a Thursday night! Played darts and drank Irish beer. Lots of laughs were had! Had a great conversation with the Security guy. Highly recommend if you’re in Frederick!“
