the manger and the cashier was both being rude and I check my food it was wrong I gave them back twice they were yell at me and I was a special needs and I told them my food was was wrong I give them back the were arguing with me manger and the cashier was and I told the cashier and the manager I wasn't coming back at all
The rudest ignorant staff I have ever encountered at any Wendy's! Filthy restaurant and broken equipment!!!
I have given this location many chances yet they screw something up EVERY TIME I GO.
Worst customer service ever! Except for ONE older woman that usually works the first drive-thru window(she's super sweet!). Everyone else is extremely rude. Not to mention every time we've ordered from there they mess up the order. Literally 9 times out of 10. The owner clearly needs to have a talk with the staff because they SUCK.
