Had to complain multiple times to get them to turn the background music down. According to the app on my phone, the background music was at 70 decibels in the seating area. That's like trying to have conversation while someone is running a vacuum cleaner. Eventually, after multiple complaints, it went down to 60 decibels.
Colin was exceptionally nice. Great customer service.
