Good sub, a little small for what you pay. Location is confusing as it is inside of the IHOP. Would have been good to know ahead of time....

Limited menu items but the chipotle cheese steak I ordered was delicious and had plenty of meat piled into the bun and a decent amount of grilled onions. Place operates as a ghost kitchen within IHOP.
