“My family enjoyed our subs. The customer service was great even though we arrived somewhat late(r) that night. Unfortunately they don't stamp the card for the free subs that I received from the mall. That was one of the reasons why I came since I was ordering subs for my family. That's the only reason why I took off 1 star for service.

“I eat here occasionally, while the food is good. The customer service from the cashiers is definitely lacking. No real greetings, no how are you, no nothing. It can be disappointing when you ask someone how they are and they don’t ask the same so you have to tell them how you are.“

“Nice customer service. Greeted promptly upon entering. Nice and clean. Food is good. Very good milkshakes. They sell cookies too but I didn't notice them on their menu nor were they visible to customers. Suggest they make this change. Thank you.“
