“I’ve been coming to this Charley’s for a while now and they never miss. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly how I like it. The cheesesteaks are on point every time—perfectly seasoned, loaded, and the bread is always soft with just the right amount of crisp.

The staff is solid too quick, respectful, and they actually pay attention to your order, which matters. Even when it’s busy, they keep things moving without messing up quality.

Hands down one of my go-to spots when I want something filling and reliable. Definitely 5 stars.“

“The food came fast and the steak and cheese was great but the buffalo chicken was soggy from the sauce. Ugh! However, it did stay hot to the last bite. The music they played was very inappropriate... I guess no one is paying attention to the Playlist. I'm glad I didnt bring the kids in. Come on yall got to do better Charley's...“

“I eat here occasionally, while the food is good. The customer service from the cashiers is definitely lacking. No real greetings, no how are you, no nothing. It can be disappointing when you ask someone how they are and they don’t ask the same so you have to tell them how you are.“
