“I took my mom here and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’m not sure of the restaurants history, but it has a warm “mom and pop” restaurant feel. Will definitely be going here again!“

“My wife and I visited Rucci"s Italian Kitchen & Grill today. It was our first time at the establishment. The food was tastful and the atmosphere was fine. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is our server Jessica was very inattentive to us as we watch other servers in the area cater to their assigned tables constantly insuring their patrons had everthing they needed. I needed water as my glass was empty. When our server finally returned, I stated I could use some water, she never acknowledge me and walk away with our utensils. Moments later another young lady shows up to fill my glass with water. So it was obvious my server heard me but didn't acknowledge my request vocally. I can overlook a dish I didn't like, this wasn't the case here. But bad service really turns me off. Everyone esle who came by our table i.e. management and possible the owner I'm not sure, were polite and courteous.“
