“Authentic Mexican food. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the portions are ample. The prices are very affordable. I love this place. We're lucky to have a quality restaurant like this in Cumberland.Vegetarian options: Chilli relleno is delicious!! Taco salad, cheese enchiladas are tasty.“

“My partner and I drove from Bridgeport, WV, to Romney, WV today to pick up a meat and egg order at Triple E Farms. On the way back home, we were looking for a place to have lunch. I used Trip Advisor to search nearby restaurants and found the Rio Grande. We have several Mexican restaurants in our area, and we patronize them often. I ordered Shrimp Fajitas from the lunch menu, and my partner ordered the Beef Enchiladas and Beef Taco combination. I also ordered a side of Pico de gallo and a basic lime Margarita. Our meal was served quickly, and the food was hot. The pico de gallo was fresh (unlike what I had the other night at one of our local Mexican restaurants), and the Shrimp Fajitas were very, very good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the Margarita, but to be fair, I usually only order gold margaritas. My partner had no complaints.“

“This is one of my daughters, absolute favorite restaurants in Frostburg. We have eaten here many times and love the food and love the service. After walking down the hallway, you will see the bar on the left. Further down is the main restaurant which is in two sections. Plenty of room and you don’t feel cramped.Standard Mexican fare. Upon sitting down, you are provided with chips and salsa. As we always do, we get the queso. Great to dip your chips in. For lunch, we had the taco salad (my daughter’s favorite) and the lunch portion of beef fajitas. The taco salad bowl is a deep-fried fajita, which is edible! I have been here many times, this was the first time I tried the flan. It was excellent. The service is always excellent here. Our waitress is very friendly and always checking in to make sure what we need. The prices are reasonable and less than most Mexican restaurant I go to. The best part is, I think the food is better. So if you’re in the area, stop on by and try out the food. You won’t regret it.Parking: Parking is along the street but I honestly in five years have never had an issue finding a spaceKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid options.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair in the restaurant, although the width of the wheelchair might be a little tight coming down the hallway, but I don’t believe so.“

“There's a girl that works there. She's skinny. Dark brown hair and she usually works the drive thru. She is the sweetest Taco Bell worker I have EVER met. She's always so pleasant and patient. The food has always been good. & It's usually always clean whenever I visit. Especially the bathrooms.Recommend 10/10“

“Im not sure if i went there at the perfect time or they're just always on point but holyyy they was great, really helpful and friendly. I heavily customized my order and they did great with it, the only negative was the tacos still had lettuce on them when i asked for all veges on the side but thats not that big of a deal. As i said idk if it was just a great day for them or they're always on it but I'd highly suggest going here if you was looking for a taco bell to go to.“
