I’ve been a Starbucks lover since forever and Draven at LaVale is honestly the sweetest man ever! I’ve personally been in the store and in the drive thru and have heard people cuss and yell at the employees when they are only trying to do their job . He has been such a bright spot and I pray every store has a Draven.
Super friendly employees and quick service! Made my Chai latte perfectly. They even loved on my cat Finnigin!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has a nice, gorgeous inside and great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, sweet, helpful, and exceptional. Drinks are made just right and delicious, and foods are excellent. The coffee is always good, and custom changes come out pretty quickly. The crew has become more dependable in recent months. However, the location needs help in the cleanliness department, as the food display case had giant flies and bathrooms had overflowing trash cans. The back patio is a spot to enjoy beautiful weather, and the store is highly recommended for fur friends. As a home base for work, the staff understand and fix any problems.
