I would have given them 0 stars, but the app won't allow me to.They never have food - always out of Cajun biscuits and Chicken!!! How does a chicken restaurant run out of food? It looked as if they substituted the biscuit and chicken with items purchased from a grocery store's frozen food section. They need to close for good.

BE WARE!!! This location is permanently closed… I just drove all the way here for breakfast and the sign said now open for dine in but yet they aren’t even open for drive through.

Service here has become pretty awful. Used to be quite decent! Even when the wait was a little long, they'd always make up for it by throwing in a free item. But over the last couple years, not only is the wait time pretty extreme, but I've been given stale, room-temperature fries, and dried-out, overcooked chicken patties that were like 90% batter and only 10% chicken on several occasions. And ordering via 3rd party delivery services is a useless endeavor, with the store canceling my orders more frequently than they ever complete them. No idea what's happened at this place to cause all the issues lately, but I won't be at all surprised to find that they're permanently closed any time soon.

Not bad, could be better. The food was decent and our wait time was perfect - they were very quick and friendly. The place could use a deep clean - but there was an employee hand scrubbing the bathroom walls which is impressive and something I’ve never seen at any other establishment - so the effort is there, probably just understaffed to maintain.Looks like management neglects the building - various things in obvious disrepair, burned out lights, etc… none of that is the employee’s fault.

It is currently 10:29 a m monday morning. How is it that if you serve breakfast? When most places open at 6 AM. There's a sign on your door that says 11 AM. Like what is the problem seriously? I've watched several people and customers and earnings that you have lost from people. Walking up to the door to people going for the drive through. I always say when something doesn't run properly, It definitely falls on management. Your team is only as good as you are Or as good as you treat them. If a store typically opens at 6 AM or even 7 AM. And it's now almost lunch time. There's no excuse!!! It definitely falls back on management. When you sign up to be a manager, you take on responsibility of filling in the gaps. What is going on that you don't have a staff this morning is the question. Is the staff is filling under appreciated? Are you hiring quality people? This is so unacceptable and as I sit here typing this, I am cringing as a business person. Watching all the money you're letting flying out. The freaking window like who was on the shift today?

I was very disappointed with the food and the service. Seems like every time I come here, it gets worse and worse. I only come when I'm going to UrbanRootz's my stylist because they don't have bogangles where I live. Will not be here again. Cold or lukewarm food at best. Don't know who the manager was, but those young folk don't care about the food they are serving.

This is the 2nd night in a row I tried this place and they're closed. I drove into the parking lot yesterday and didn't see anyone inside. No food or anything. I saw one car. When I drove around the drive-thru, I saw one man inside cleaning up. I figured that was my fault thinking they were closed. He looked like he was closing up. It was only 8pm. So I decided to try again tonight. There are no cars and it is completely black inside. That's not an error on my end. Not going back again.

Found this sign posted on the drive-thru window. This is probably why the orders are always wrong and food is always overcooked. If they can’t spell they definitely can’t read. Can’t properly make a simple sign but always angry. Need new management.

I have never experienced such a thing. After returning from the drive-thru, I opened the box and pulled out a piece of chicken that clearly had a bite taken out of it. Horrible place! This is not funny and is very dangerous. I am so mortified. I will never go here again.

This place is horrible! The chicken strips are not made from white chicken meat. The meat didn’t even pull apart when I tried to see the inside of the strip. Upon looking at them, it was clear that this was not 100% chicken. I returned them immediately to the store and was advised that “Bojangles has switched up their recipe.” I told the manager no,they have not as I have tried other locations and what you are serving is not chicken but something mechanically made. The chicken sandwich was disgusting as well. I did receive my refund but would not recommend this location as the food is nasty.

Staff is in need of severe training from Unit Director (store manager) to the newest crew member. They're extremely slow and very unorganized. The only time you can get fresh chicken is if you go at 11 a.m.

On October 10, 2023, my son and I went through the drive thru at Bojangles in Mitchellville, Maryland. They had no cajun chicken biscuits to serve and no fries to serve. We asked if they had any chicken and was told "No!" I ordered a country ham and egg biscuit and while in the line at Chic-fil-a discovered I was given a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I returned to Bojangles to request a refund and the Manager, Lisa, was EXTREMELY RUDE. She snatched the bag from me and said "we're going to make your order." I told her I wasn't going to eat from there and wanted a cash refund. She snatched the receipt out of my hand and it took her about 10 minutes to process the refund. Then, I asked for her name and she said "I'm not giving you my name" and closed the window. What she didn't think about is that her name is on the receipt which I still have.

This location, it’s service, and it’s food is garbage. Floor, tables, windows were all dirty. Cashier, who seemed like an assistant mgr was pleasant when I placed my order.Later a kid came and asked me what my order was. I told him 2 supreme combos with large sides of dirty rice. The cashier chimed in and told the kid, don’t forget the bbq sauce. (I wondered why he wasn’t following the documented order or screen.)Within a few minutes, I was presented with an order that was missing 1 of the large sides of dirty rice. I told him. He apologized and brought another. I checked the rice containers and they were both half full. I raised the issue and the kid told me that’s because they ran out. Totally annoyed, I asked him why he didn’t tell me that. I pod for large sized sides and don’t expect anything less. I advised that I would wait for more to be cooked. He said okay. While waiting, the woman, who seemed to be a lead employee, asked what I was waiting on. When I explained, She said to the kid “are you slacking on the sides?” (I found that far short of coaching.) She then said to me, “The rice just started cooking and will be a long time. What other side do you want me to give you instead?” Insane!!!!!In frustration, I said “fries”.When me wife and I began eating (in the car), we realized there was no bbq sauce!!! I went back in the store and asked for the sauce. In the end, the ONLY thing that was edible was the rice. The chicken tasted like cheap chicken nuggets from a high school cafeteria. The fries were not fresh. I took it all back into the store and threw it in the trash saying loudly to everyone present that “this food is garbage and I’m throwing 90% of it in the trash. I was too frustrated to ask for anything else.I hope this place goes bankrupt or fails the next health inspection and closes. Awful.
