Not bad, could be better. The food was decent and our wait time was perfect - they were very quick and friendly. The place could use a deep clean - but there was an employee hand scrubbing the bathroom walls which is impressive and something I’ve never seen at any other establishment - so the effort is there, probably just understaffed to maintain.Looks like management neglects the building - various things in obvious disrepair, burned out lights, etc… none of that is the...read full review

Went there this Morning, Got the 4pc chicken supremes meal, Staff were helpful and nice, clean bathrooms and food came out fast. Bojangels never fail on the Southern Chicken Taste. I will be going back. The 2 ladies that took my order were very helpful.Parking: A lot of spots were open

I was very disappointed with the food and the service. Seems like every time I come here, it gets worse and worse. I only come when I'm going to UrbanRootz's my stylist because they don't have bogangles where I live. Will not be here again. Cold or lukewarm food at best. Don't know who the manager was, but those young folk don't care about the food they are serving.
