My wife and I Was coming from church so we picked a random place that we never went to before. So we went to Cooper Canyon. Everything about copper canyon's food was excellent the atmosphere was excellent, the Staff was excellent, they are a little pricey, but that means nothing compared to the service , my wife and I have received there.

I have been to this restaurant twice now, and I have definite plans to become a regular. I going this place on a whim my first time in the area. It was really easy to find. I say at the bar because I didn't have a reservation, and if you want a table, I would recommend one. The vibe was so friendly when I walked in. I sat at the bar and ordered the chicken pot pie. It was the perfect thing to order on that child winter day. Wow, did it hit the spot! The pot pie arrived piping...

The food is good but pretty pricey. $17 for spinach dip is crazy for how much you get for it. It is a little ridiculous that I cant order the crab cake sandwich online during dinner time despite it being an option. You really telling me I have to pay $20 more because you cant put a crab cake on a bun? Otherwise the staff are also very nice as well.
