Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life. You can easily wait 45 minutes for a drink and a croissant if they’re understaffed, which is crazy because one order costs as much as they’re willing to pay people for an hour.
Horrible experience, Just utterly ridiculous. I was talked in the most rudest way possible by one of the managers at this establishment. I've been a regular for so long and this is just ridiculous. The barista who was helping me was being such a sweetheart she helped me. But the manager needs to be trained better at customer service. All for a drink I needed help with.
