I would give this Starbucks zero stars if I could, they consistently mess up orders. The service is horrible. I’ve literally never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life before. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here.

I have never waited 15 minutes for a latte ever. Turns out my register order was coded as a mobile drive-thru?!!? This Starbucks is disappointingly unorganized.

The cashier did not ring up right size for one drink but they remade it. Friendly staff, they work quick when really busy. This is probably one of the most uncomfortable locations as the furniture is all hard wood chairs. No couches, or lounge chairs like most other locations.

The woman making the drinks had long braids that was touching all the food and when I asked if she could put her hair back (because this is very unsanitary) multiple times management did nothing and I was dismissed. That is very disgusting and the fact that this was not addressed, I may not be returning to this Starbucks. It takes two seconds to pull your hair back. Please do better.

Don't place a pickup order because it's never ready on-time. I've always had to wait at least 10 minutes even when the place isn't busy. This morning I left without my order when i heard tge barista say he was behind in the orders. I waited 13 minutes past the pickup

It never fails with all the Starbucks in apredominantly black community. The person taking the order always have a nasty attitude. They can't get your drink right. I went 30 days without going Starbucks and the minute I go back nothing has change. I hope they all crumble!

*Update: I asked the baristas at the store who told me to call corporate, I called and spoke to corporate who told me to contact the store. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they can’t refund because it was partial payment with stars, and to contact corporate. I contacted corporate via chat, the agent was rude, refused refund, and said he’d share my experience with the store for a learning opportunity, ha. So I went to BBB, and contacted their corporate that way, and got a refund of my stars and money, and it didn’t even take long. Absolutely insane that I had to do all of that.Original review: I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Starbucks that I feel compelled to share. I ordered two sugar plum danishes through the mobile app, but upon checking in at the speaker, I was informed they were out of stock. When I requested a refund, I was told to proceed to the window. To my surprise, the lady there tried to hand me someone else's order. When I reminded her of the refund, she seemed irritated, asking what I ordered and how I paid. I explained one was paid with stars and the other with a Starbucks card. She responded dismissively, claiming she didn't know how to process it and asked another employee who suggested calling corporate. This was frustrating, as my past experience with corporate directed me back to the store for refunds.Upon contacting corporate, I was unsurprisingly instructed to return to the store. When I called and spoke with the store manager, a more understanding individual, he suggested alternatives like a store credit. However, the issue of refunding stars remained a corporate matter. My frustration stems from the convoluted processes, especially given Starbucks' non-franchised structure. The separation of app and store processes seemed outdated and inconvenient, especially when facing inventory issues beyond the customer's control. In a world where technology drives convenience, it's perplexing that the app lacks the capability to cancel an order, automatically refunding payments as it does with in-store purchases. This experience left me questioning Starbucks' commitment to customer satisfaction. The outdated methods and lack of a streamlined process raise concerns about valuing customers. It's disheartening that, despite the detailed steps I've followedI believe Starbucks should empower its stores to cancel app orders, automatically initiating refunds for both star and card payments, similar to in-store purchases instead of leaving customers feeling undervalued and even raising questions about the efficiency of Starbucks' operational methods. As a long-time customer, I'm disappointed in the lack of a streamlined approach and still await my refund.

This is really unexceptable in an establishment. Why would the staff walk pass as if they don’t see the trash on the floor. It take 2 seconds to clean it up presentation is everything. I gave this visit a 3/5 because my drink was good and made fast no complaints there. The cashier was not very friendly but that’s fine I came to get my drink and not be her best friend. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

This location has a drive through available. I usually use it and it moves quickly and tge staff are friendly. Today I went inside. The atmosphere and vibe was great. The staff and manager that assisted me was very friendly. They had many people which made food preparation and the service quick. As I waited. For my order, I even noticed that they had various sized tables to accommodate different groups of people. There were people both teleworking, studying, sitting having casual talk and even I noticed a chess club meetup. They also had an outside seating area and patio which was really a cool space. The only gripe and reduction is that the store could have use some cleaning. There was visible trash on the floor and tables/chairs were everywhere in the outdoor seating area. I suggest the staff do a spot check every hour or so just to keep the store clean and in order. Store location is in a shopping center and a standalone Starbucks. It is surrounded by trees changing from the season and a bit secluded iwhich makes for a great retreat if going for a reprieve. I ordered a Double Smoked Bacon and Cheddar Sandwich (to-go) and Iced Americano (my favorite). I also ordered a medicine ball tea. During this season, it is a must. The citrus and mint flavors is a great, relaxing, green tea concoction that kicks the beginning of any cold. Highly recommend! This is my first visit here and I can say the experience was really good. Definitely would come back when in this area.
