Wow costumer service exelent. The employees friendly and very polite.I went there 2 times while i was in DC . My orders were right how i ordered and i was so happy because that never happens here in NY because they always messed up my orders and employees give me actitud.
My husband and I don’t understand why Dunkin does not call out order/ticket numbers. Instead they call out the content of the order. We’ve had this happen where someone else took our order because they ordered the same thing. At this location though, customer service isn’t great. When we asked an employee to call out the order number, they got an attitude with us. They don’t always call out the exact content. I placed a last minute order via the mobile App.3 dozen Donuts and two jugs of Joe. Because the Donuts were not the random assortment I was given a notice that it might be delayed. When I arrived at this location everything was already ready for pick up. If they can pull this off I really can't imagine what they can't do in there.
