Our server Kayla was awesome. She was extremely sweet to my daughters and got them exactly what they asked for. She made great suggestions for wing sauces and sides. She offered my daughters noodles with and without sauce just to make sure it was to her liking. She needs to get a raise. Definitely coming back with whole family for Kayla only!

During my visit on 11/01/2025 I watched as Daniel called the police on one of the bartenders without justification. The bartender was calm, respectful, and did not pose any threat. His decision to escalate the situation in such a manner was entirely unnecessary and deeply unprofessional.
Throughout my time visiting this location, I have observed Daniel consistently speaking to his staff in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. The bartender involved has always demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, and positive energy. Witnessing her in tears after his confrontation was very upsetting.
After she went to the restroom, Daniel was waiting outside to continue addressing her — which came across as intimidating and inappropriate. His actions toward her were not only disrespectful but inhumane.
I have been a loyal customer of Hook & Reel for years, and this type of behavior does not reflect the company’s values or the positive environment I’ve experienced in the past. Unfortunately, due to this incident and the toxic atmosphere created under his management, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location.
I strongly urge corporate to review this matter and take appropriate action to ensure all employees are treated with dignity and respect

The last time I was here was about 3 years ago. My wife and I were very disappointed in the service and atmosphere. They also had discontinued the gumbo. Today, after 3 years we returned. It was FABULOUS. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great and the GUMBO was EXCEPTIONAL. Glad this location has really improved. Will be back on the regular. Especially for the gumbo.

Man I’ve lived in PG for twenty years and never come in here! They got this all you can eat seafood plus unlimited appetizers oh my God! Plus service and music were on point! I will be back. Definitely getting catering for my birthday!
