I got the Crab Boil and the crab legs and shrimp were so fresh.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible service my husband and I received during our recent visit to Hook & Reel. Our waiter, Roberto, truly made our dining experience memorable!

From the moment we sat down, Roberto was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for his work really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Thank you, Roberto, for making our visit to Hook & Reel very special for my husband and I 14th wedding anniversary. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another meal! Also, the food was great. We got all you can eat and the food came out hot every time so cheers to the chef as well!😊

You know when they come out with Ken’s Buttermilk Ranch, the food is not going to be good. Food was not tasteful in my opinion. Had to remind waitress to bring out our beers. Also fries are not as advertised on menu.

Caleb provided excellent service. He was very polite and informative. Very pleasant experience.

Chad & Ajay were phenomenal, mind you we were a party of 22 between 2 tables (moving as the birthday celebration ramped up .. lol! The attention to the detail of every order need to be studied. We wanted for nothing and everything was served hot & delicious. s/o the supporting staff that hopped in to make the service smooth AF. Will definitely be back!
