I finally tried the chicken pot pie. Never again. It lack ingredients for $8.10. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase my own ingredients, and made several pot pies.

Chicken wasn't done, potato wedges were hard and cold, the Pepsi looked like water and tasted like carbonated color water. This place needs to close permanently.

Visited this location food was not cooked well try to return the food the manager would not give me chicken tenders because my wings were undercooked she tried to charge me for chicken tenders when my food was not cooked very unprofessional would not give me my food argue with me then threaten to call the police on me very unprofessional eilana very rude to me ignored me food was horrible restaurant manager was very nasty the entire staff was nasty to me food was disgusting

Not sure if this location is under new management, but it has vastly improved since my last visit. I often crave the Colonel's recipe and was not disappointed. Everything was perfect and delicious. I placed a mobile order and was pleased that the pickup location was behind the counter. At the Watkins Park location my order was conveniently picked up by someone else before I arrived and they begrudgingly remade my order. The service here was friendly and fast.Thank you for renewing my faith in KFC!

There have been so many occasions where I've experience bad service at this place. It is actually rare that I have went to this KFC and there wasn't a wait on the chicken. There have been times where I went there and sat at the order intercom just waiting is answering the intercom. Is literally right across the street from my house so that's the only reason I even think to stop here but literally at least the last four times I've stopped here I have driven off with no food because of one thing or the other. It's an actual ongoing joke this place needs to be closed or fire everyone in there

I do like the food, especially their grill chicken! It's been a while since I've eaten from this location. Their menu has changed 🫣a lot. The young lady was polite and friendly as well as accommodating. The outside of the faculty needs help, not very clean on the outside, weeds, trash on the ground, etc. not appealing to the eyes. I know the area and it's safe. The food was fresh tasting, just cooked😋.

Chicken was definetly fried in unclean oil. Chicken was dark brown almost like it was burnt and it was soggy. I was displeased and had to stopp at another KFC and got way better chicken looks at the difference.
