Not sure if this location is under new management, but it has vastly improved since my last visit. I often crave the Colonel's recipe and was not disappointed. Everything was perfect and delicious. I placed a mobile order and was pleased that the pickup location was behind the counter. At the Watkins Park location my order was conveniently picked up by someone else before I arrived and they begrudgingly remade my order. The service here was friendly and fast.Thank you for renewing my faith in KFC!

There have been so many occasions where I've experience bad service at this place. It is actually rare that I have went to this KFC and there wasn't a wait on the chicken. There have been times where I went there and sat at the order intercom just waiting is answering the intercom. Is literally right across the street from my house so that's the only reason I even think to stop here but literally at least the last four times I've stopped here I have driven off with no food because of one thing or the other. It's an actual ongoing joke this place needs to be closed or fire everyone in there

I do like the food, especially their grill chicken! It's been a while since I've eaten from this location. Their menu has changed 🫣a lot. The young lady was polite and friendly as well as accommodating. The outside of the faculty needs help, not very clean on the outside, weeds, trash on the ground, etc. not appealing to the eyes. I know the area and it's safe. The food was fresh tasting, just cooked😋.

Chicken was definetly fried in unclean oil. Chicken was dark brown almost like it was burnt and it was soggy. I was displeased and had to stopp at another KFC and got way better chicken looks at the difference.

Hello This Afternoon I came to this Kfc and the experience was horrible.. I went to the register to pick up my food I I wasn't greeted with a hello nothing like that I showed the lady at the register my order number her reply was what is that!? like is she serious than she looks at me with a look like something is wrong with me.. than she goes to the back my order is already prepared she literally swinging my food no type of care for how she handle my food y'all need to get better workers and I'm very unsatisfied how I was Treated!!...
Wait time after I ordered was too much but food cooked to perfection. Staff very welcoming and it was worth the wait time.

I dealt with complete disrespect tonight. First of all, the girl was talking with the employee while taking my order so she kept asking what my order was and pausing in between asking about my order so she could talk again and then ask the same question over again. After finally getting my order I was told to drive to the front to wait for my order (I had no problem in doing so) then, after getting my order I simply asked for jelly. She sat there rolled her eyes, sighed, and told me to drive back around to get some jelly using some lame excuse that the jelly was stacked away. It was blatantly obvious that she simply didn’t want to get grab me some jelly. If you’re going to be lazy and lie, do it with a smile on your face and a better attitude and not make it obvious that you don’t feel like working. If you’re going to hire lazy employees at least hire smart lazy employees because all that girl is going to do is make your place undesirable. By the way, the girl I’m referring to was working 11/22/24 taking orders around 9:00pm. Hire better worker not lazy ones. There are other KFCs, DONT come to this one.

It is what it is. It's KFC, so you can't ask for too much. The chicken tastes good but not great, but this is consistent all over the world with KFC. Fast, friendly service was at this location. The team seemed engaged and professional. My biggest issue is the price of the food. I ordered 2 meals: a 3 piece dinner and a 4 piece tender meal and my total was $25 ? Again, the food was good but not $25 good.
