This has to be the dirtiest and most incompetent KFC I've ever been in. All of the tables were supposedly clean but yet they had greasy film all over them. My order was wrong and the lady that was managing the restaurant could not figure out how to get me a receipt for twenty minutes. And this was in the middle of the afternoon when there were very few people in the restaurant. KFC would be better off closing this location and saving their image.

Overall not a good experience. Ordered a large family meal online for basketball team as we were in town from Atlanta Georgia for a tournament. The order said that it will be ready and completed at 11:40 AM. We arrived at 11:45 AM and they did not even start the order. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the order. I asked the manager for a water cup due to the weight and she abruptly told me no they don’t do water cups I can buy one. Very poor customer service, especially under situation where you were wrong by not having the meal ready. In addition, the manager and other employees were arguing with each other extremely loud.

KFC Cole slaw is the best and chicken sandwich was good although the bun was cold like it just came out the fridge. Very clean restaraunt. Cashier seemed new but he was polite. Service was fast. Price was fair.

This is probably one of the worst KCF's in Maryland. It's like u have to be standing there right beside them to actually get fresh Chicken. Then on numerous occasions I have reviewed biscuits can be used as bricks. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. The customer service isn't bad that's where my 2 stars came from. I never have any complaints about to staffs customer service but the food service could definitely use some HELL.
Bad service very slow I will prepare for orders coming to an obligation to get what they want to sell. You say what you wanna get.

I would give this location -1 if I could. We drove by after church and got a 16pc meal with 4 sides (large fries, large coleslaw, large max & cheese, large greenbeans) and 4 extra Biscuits. We drove about 40mins home, then realized that everything was packed except for the large fries.I called and got someone after the 5th time. She basically said that the fries was packed! Really?! Then she said I could come back for it within 48hours. I explained that we live about 40mins away but will be back for church next Sunday.....but nope, they want me to come within 48hours for their incompetence!

This is about the third time that I go to this specific location and everything is trash. Once, I ordered an 8 piece bucket. I got 7 pieces and they didn’t have anything but thighs and legs. Tonight, I ordered two famous bowls. She first asks me to wait. I’m guessing she was asking if there was anything for it. She comes back and says okay. There are exactly 4 pieces of chicken and no corn. Never going here again. They didn’t even give me the receipt for me to be able to do a review directly to their company. Oh! And they probably ran out of spoons too because that wasn’t included either.
