Extra fees. No desert provided for birthday girl in attendance. Waitress slow but pleasant. Food quicker online than in person with waitress. Tables unstable. Very dark at table. Lighting at each table would help ambience. No physical menu. Ginger ale was carbonated water.

This was my second time going there and each time the same experience. Food, calamari, heavily salted. Food was brought to table with no utensils or napkins. Asked the server for it and they said the would tell our waitress. Beer brought to table without glass. Water without straws. Marilyn needs training, completely overwhelmed and it wasn't busy. I like the music aspect of the venue but will no longer dine in, only go for drinks. Pineapple rice was not fried but boiled. Plantain were undercooked. Salmon was good. Wings were good.

Went to celebrate a birthday! Food, service, atmosphere and DJ were amazing for us.

NEVER book a section at this place. Between the management and security I don’t know who is more unprofessional. Yesterday this restaurant nearly doubled the price of the sections and had absolutely no accommodations ready for our party. We stood in line for over 30 minutes outside in the cold after paying $700 for our section while security let in everyone who paid for general entry first. We asked several times if there was a separate line for individuals who purchased sections and we were rudely told by security that he didn’t care if we had a section we are required to wait in line with everyone else. Once finally making it in I asked to speak with the women responsible for arranging the sections who had absolutely nothing but a sorry to offer. Paying almost $1,000 to sit in a restaurant and you can’t even get inside and have a seat.

The restaurant does not prioritize having feminine products in house and on fridays refuse to allow you to go to your vehicle to grab your own. One of the owners friends offered her personal one and was obviously upset when I did not want to take it. Certainly would not recommend this establishment under no circumstances

We were the only two people in the dining room ordering food besides the two tables that were getting up to line dance. There was no reason for us not to see our waitress often. The tip I had chosen was the minimum; of course, she didn't mention that gratuity was already included. When gratuity is included, most hostess shows little to no excellent customer service since they will be paid regardless. Thanks for listening.

I really liked this retairant and lounge. It was very chill and the service was really good.

My fiancé and I came down from VA to see the Vybe Band and they cranked!! The only issue was the managements attitude with us because my cousins ordered from the bar and not the waitresses. If that was a rule to order from the waitresses instead of the bar while at the tables I understand but the managements attitude was dismissively disrespectful.

This was my second time here. The place looks really nice however the bartender was not friendly and did not provide good service. We spent $50 but totally was ready to spend a lot more but there was no vibe. The tvs kept buffing as wel tried to watch the game and they charged service fee and Gratuity. I drink shots and they charged me for the chaser. I was trying to remember why I did not come back the first time. Now I know. Don’t run away people who ready to spend money. We both are foodies and drinkers. The bartender took a long time to serving us.

First time and my husband and I enjoyed. We celebrated our 33rd Wedding Anniversary there and was glad we did. Everything including service, meals, band, staff, and the people were amazing!

I use to come to SoBe's for brunch all the time and the food and atmosphere was always great for brunch.

Recently my experience here was in the evening/night for birthday celebrations and it was hetic both times. On each occasion the waiter was not attentive as a matter of fact none of them were. I looked around and barely saw any staff vitising tables and checking on their patrons. I didn't order food because the waiters could not handle large parties and people's orders were not correct. For the first party I went to the bar to order my drink (it was quicker and easier to pay). The second time I tried to order a drink at my table the waitress (when I finally could catch her) told me the bar was backed up 😐. I didn't think I was ever going to get my drink but I finally did. Why isn't there a separate bar or person making drinks for the people dining in?

I'm not a fan of only being able to pay with one card. This is also another reason why I did not order food. It's so much easier to have portable credit card machines to allow each person to pay individually and TIP HOW THEY WANT. Gratuity is already included for large groups which was a nice tip both times I visited that tip was not deserved! I don't know what the rules are for tipping today but I've always tipped based on service.

Another downside is the dance area is small. Once the band starts it gets tight by the stage and spills over to the bar area. However the overall look of the restaurant is and has always been nice. It's always clean and has been kept up with over the years.

My food rating is based on brunch. I have not have anything off their dinner menu.
