In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I don’t like posting negative reviews, and I almost always regret it later, but this is an honest review. Bought coffee here twice on Saturday and once on Sunday this weekend because it’s close to the Hampton Inn where we were staying. Saturday morning was great, though service was notably slower than most Starbucks. Saturday at Noon and Sunday morning was painfully slow, as others have mentioned, and the store was out of cold brew and pumpkin spice at Noon on Saturday and...

I had a great experience today at this location 11 am. My drink was so refreshing and delicious. The customer service went above and beyond. I loved the energy and enthusiasm of the guy who took my order. Best customer service ever.!! I would also like to mention that he greeted me in Spanish and that was special for me because I’m very proud of my roots.

I ordered a venti mango dragonfruit lemonade and waited patiently understanding they were busy. My drink taste like barely flavored water and the cup was not filled. If ingredients were running low, they could have easily said we are out right now. Let me find some lemons, sugar and water it takes to make this better.
