Wao is a very good place to go with family, the staff is very friendly and attentive since one enters, they say hello, name, sonia and Elizabeth, congratulations, my children will return, they love it.

Excellent and friendly customer service. The employee was very patient in helping me and made me a very delicious sandwich for breakfast. I will come back to this branch again. They are very friendly and wonderful. The employee was a pleasure to deal with; she was quick, clean, and smiling. The service was overall good.

I am so disappointed in this location as I frequent them often for lunch and when buying dinner for my kids basketball team.
So I placed an order online, pretty normal for me. When I walk in the store around 8:15-8:20…I’m greeted by the cashier with no smile just a stare as she finishes ringing up a customer. The other young lady behind the counter is standing in the fore way of the back room on the phone. I wave hi she just stares as well. I step up to the register when the gentlemen completes his transaction and let the young lady know I placed an online order. She hands it to me and I head home.
When I get home and start ti unwrap the sandwich I notice a blue object, I continue to unwrap and there is a BLUE SHARPIE wrapped up with my sandwich. I put it to the side and start to examine the sandwich. I notice something is off….its barely any turkey in the sandwich!!!! The order slip attached the my bag says how many slices/passes of each item should be on the sandwich. It says it should be 12 slices of turkey. I barely got 8 whole slices!!! I then said you know what let me call the store, they’ve got to be looking for their BLUE SHARPIE!!! Called 20 times!!! Back to back, no answer!!! Unacceptable. I will be going back to the store to return their SHARPIE & talk to management!

Fast Sandwich makers. Clean place to sit and eat. They do try to keep the bathroom clean on a regular basis. I had more Good times experience than bad times when visiting this
