Even though I was a paying customer in the store they REUSED to let me use there public restroom!! Due To me being a Black Male on my Lunch break I would not recommend this location if you are a black American Man or Woman. There customer service is bad for me that makes the food not worth any amount of money.

This was my first time trying Subway’s breakfast. I loved my steak, egg and cheese sandwich. Jana has the type of personality you want to encounter in the mornings. As I sat and ate in the restaurant I saw the personal attentiveness she gave to each person who came in. She is an all around kind person and I look forward to coming back because of her!

I am so disappointed in this location as I frequent them often for lunch and when buying dinner for my kids basketball team.
So I placed an order online, pretty normal for me. When I walk in the store around 8:15-8:20…I’m greeted by the cashier with no smile just a stare as she finishes ringing up a customer. The other young lady behind the counter is standing in the fore way of the back room on the phone. I wave hi she just stares as well. I step up to the register when the gentlemen completes his transaction and let the young lady know I placed an online order. She hands it to me and I head home.
When I get home and start ti unwrap the sandwich I notice a blue object, I continue to unwrap and there is a BLUE SHARPIE wrapped up with my sandwich. I put it to the side and start to examine the sandwich. I notice something is off….its barely any turkey in the sandwich!!!! The order slip attached the my bag says how many slices/passes of each item should be on the sandwich. It says it should be 12 slices of turkey. I barely got 8 whole slices!!! I then said you know what let me call the store, they’ve got to be looking for their BLUE SHARPIE!!! Called 20 times!!! Back to back, no answer!!! Unacceptable. I will be going back to the store to return their SHARPIE & talk to management!

Staple caught in my teeth. Yes It came from the sub. I enjoyed the remainder of the sub...But this location has gotta do better. This was an online order. It should not mess up my teeth or possible choke and kill me.
