El señor y la señora que nos atendieron son muy amables!.
How hard is it to make a good cup of coffee!!! It's so hit and miss at the lansdowne location. On most days I drive 15 minutes out of my way to get a good iced coffee from the location closer to DeSoto Road. Now they know how to make coffee EVERY TIME!

Dunkin' is usually accurate with orders, but the service can be very slow, especially in the drive thru. Inside service is also sometimes slow. The staff, including Shivam, are helpful, and they even provide free hot water. However, the quality of donuts varies, and it's often difficult to get the preferred options.
