“Totally disappointed by the serving team at this location tonight. All employees should know this location is busy during Rush hour. STOP standing around talking instead of be READY to serve customers. After sitting in line 20 min and then arriving at the window only to be asked to PARK! OHHH NO!
I asked for refund and MAGICALLY the food is READY! Several of the team members making negative comments about my refund request. Only ONE YOUNG man apologized for NOT being READY. DRIVE THRU is there for a reason!
Get home, NO CONDIMENTS in the bag. No salad dressing. No extra TORTILLA Chips. All thing that SHOULD BE in the bag. That is OKAY. I Will NOT go there again. Neither will my family, friends and hopefully any who is READING!“

“The Chicken wings here at bbq Chicken and so scrumptious. They're consistently mouth watering and finger licking special. In particular is this the so with the honey garlic. The flavors and the cook are perfectly balanced. They're maybe a dollar more than say Wingstop, but oh man it's worth it and more. Can't go wrong with bbq Chicken.“

A huge thanks to Gina Parr and her team for hosting a wonderful event for the children. Gina always shows great hospitality and patience with the families. “Blind customer: if you catch a Uber, ask the driver to let you off in the parking lot just to the left of the entrance. There are 2 to 3 stairs going up with the entrance to your immediate left. Once inside walk straight ahead to the counter. They’re seating for dine in to your left and right. I’ve been eating at this restaurant since 2013. The food is excellent! The family is very kind! “Purchased a takeout salad today from this location. I was totally surprised at the very small portion. I have purchased the same salad at other locations and their portions are twice the size of the one at this Bowie location. Different size and smaller container--total ripoff.“

“I really enjoy stopping by here whenever I am looking for a quick and reliable meal that I know will taste good. The chicken sandwich is always cooked perfectly with that nice crunch, and the waffle fries are honestly some of my favorite fast-food sides. The service is usually incredibly fast and polite, even when the drive-thru line is wrapping around the building. It is a solid choice for a fast lunch, and I almost always leave happy with my meal.“

“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffed animal and is so sad it’s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information. “I was a Commanders season ticket holder for 2 years. I can see how you would hate this if you aren’t a season ticket holder. For me, I was always able to bypass the line because of the season tickets, plus I had the food for 50% off. The only reason why I am on this page right now and leaving a review is because I was craving their chicken tenders and come to find out that this is the only actual location that exists in Maryland. This is the best food in FedEx field, but it’s just like any other restaurant in a stadium: expensive and the line takes forever if you aren’t a season ticket holder. Give them a little slack.“
