“Totally disappointed by the serving team at this location tonight. All employees should know this location is busy during Rush hour. STOP standing around talking instead of be READY to serve customers. After sitting in line 20 min and then arriving at the window only to be asked to PARK! OHHH NO!
I asked for refund and MAGICALLY the food is READY! Several of the team members making negative comments about my refund request. Only ONE YOUNG man apologized for NOT being READY. DRIVE THRU is there for a reason!
Get home, NO CONDIMENTS in the bag. No salad dressing. No extra TORTILLA Chips. All thing that SHOULD BE in the bag. That is OKAY. I Will NOT go there again. Neither will my family, friends and hopefully any who is READING!“

“The Chicken wings here at bbq Chicken and so scrumptious. They're consistently mouth watering and finger licking special. In particular is this the so with the honey garlic. The flavors and the cook are perfectly balanced. They're maybe a dollar more than say Wingstop, but oh man it's worth it and more. Can't go wrong with bbq Chicken.“

“I went to this location for the first time the other day and everything was good! From the music to the service to the food. There were two young people serving us that did an excellent job! If you go there, look for Analyse and Shamar. They were super professional, patient, and quick! We had no clue what we wanted to eat, but they helped us figure it out lol. I have to show some love because people these days don’t care anymore about good service. Especially young people. When I was younger, good service was important. These were two young people that took such good care of us, and the food was delicious! A+“

“This is my local Chick-fil-A. Every time I come here they are on point! Whether in the drive thru or at the front front cashier; the greeters are always pleasant and helpful. This location also seems to be the cleanest location I've visited. Keep up the great work Bowie team!“

“Blind customer: if you catch a Uber, ask the driver to let you off in the parking lot just to the left of the entrance. There are 2 to 3 stairs going up with the entrance to your immediate left. Once inside walk straight ahead to the counter. They’re seating for dine in to your left and right. I’ve been eating at this restaurant since 2013. The food is excellent! The family is very kind! “I really enjoy stopping by here whenever I am looking for a quick and reliable meal that I know will taste good. The chicken sandwich is always cooked perfectly with that nice crunch, and the waffle fries are honestly some of my favorite fast-food sides. The service is usually incredibly fast and polite, even when the drive-thru line is wrapping around the building. It is a solid choice for a fast lunch, and I almost always leave happy with my meal.“

“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffed animal and is so sad it’s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information.
