Unfortunately the person in front of me mistakenly gave my daughter a small cup and my daughter got a soda but the order was a smoothly, I asked the person for the smoothly for my daughter and she replied that if my daughter would have been honest she would have told her it wasn't a regular drink but a smoothly, she told me to take the cup back to give her the smoothly when the mistake was her, the person in front of me. My daughter is only 11 years old and her favorite food is gyros, I don't think that because of a small cup of soda the company will go bankrupt and lose a customer because of this, so my daughter was left without her smoothly, we will not be returning to Arby's sadly

I have always been a fan of Arby's roast beef sandwiches but today I went in and the shift manager on duty, Ana was on her phone at the register. I ordered my food and she wasn't paying attention so I had to give it again. I asked for sauce and she gave it to me but one of them was wrong so I asked for the correct sauce. The whole time I was there she acted as though I was a nuisance and she it seemed as though she was annoyed. I got my food and went home only to realize I got the wrong sandwich. I wanted a regular roast beef and got a beef and cheddar, which I didn't care for so most if it got thrown away. Really disappointed with the service I received.

I went inside excited for a roast beef sandwich and left very concerned. Before ordering I went to the wash room. To get to the bathroom you have to walk through a long skinny hall with windows on one side and a wall on the others. As I left the washroom I noticed that along the wall with windows there appears to be something that resembles mouse poop and piles of insulation all along the window. See that completely ruined my dining experience and I immediately left.
