Before ordering, asked if its ok to modify the menu item. Waitress assured us it was ok. Received a hamburger w/cheese when asked for no cheese. Waitress comment” i told them no cheese”! Wtf,o!! When the burger was brought back, it now included items i also requested be removed. It was either remove the items or summon the manager. Choose to remove items and try and enjoy the rest of the meal with my date. Will gives second thoughts to returning...

Good experience but not great! Hostess and wait staff were very friendly and the food tasted good. But for lunch on a Saturday the wait for our appetizers and our meal took about 20min each . Unfortunately, it made for not the best experience.

Summer was such a great waitress !! We had such a fun little date night and the food and drinks were delicious! Can't wait to come back! ❤️

Enjoyed the food and ambience. My waiter was a bit distracted but I believe she was the only server at the time/bartender but overall good experience.

I decided to stay longer because I can definitely PAY beyond HAPPY HOUR prices. I got one more beer after being locked in the rest room with inappropriate signage.....I'm back... and to my left.... All the girls... complaining about why are the customers are still here and THEY ARE "TIRED" I'm not a secret shopper but I am a paying customer and if you are open for business then they have a job to do.

Then a sensible lady says,'Some days, it's worth it, and someday it's not."GET A NEW CREW THAT BELIEVES THAT EVERY DAY AND EVERY PAYING CUSTOMER IS WORTH IT.

First and foremost prices are extremely high in my opinion. Came with a friend we ordered bacon cheese burger medium well, burger overcooked but did have excellent taste, fries were small portions in my opinion. Also ordered crispy chicken sandwich not bad but under seasoned in my opinion. We got a diet Pepsi and I got the 8.5% IPA which was very good. Total price $47 kinda high but will not return

$30 for this meal. I REPEAT $30 FOR THIS MEAL (before tip). Please take a moment and look at this for me, and be as honest as you can be. Is this worth $30? I did this for pickup and can not even express to you how disappointed and CHEATED I feel. $30 for small pieces of chicken, a scoop of high school cafeteria mashed potatoes, barely any gravy at all, and few pieces of asparagus. I will never touch foot in this establishment ever again, nor will I refer this place to anyone ever. Wow. Talk about spitting in the face of customers. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. AND I TIPPED OVER 20% WHAT THE HECK Y'ALL.

The gluten free pizza was dry as hell. I was just gonna ask for tomato sauce on the side but there was no server in sight for at least 5 min. The drink was ok but prob won’t try this place again.

The BJS in Towson was much better than this location. They since closed the Towson location and so we tried this one. We waited over 10 minutes to be greeted for beverages due to miscommunication with management and team. Was not a good look for the customer. Juan was very professional and made up for the 10 minute delay.

Imer was amazing ! Service was great! Ambiance was great, and his customer service was off the charts ! We were visiting from Florida and his recommendations were definitely trustworthy. Would definitely be coming here again!
