BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The customer service and value of food for six people was great. We all enjoyed our food which was great. Our fries (regular and sweet potato) could have been hotter although they were good.

I'm not sure if it's incompetence or they're reheating precooked steaks in a microwave but apparently the chefs at BJ's are incapable of cooking a beef sirloin medium rare. My wife is an avid consumer of steaks - like Ruth's Chris or TR - and she ALWAYS orders her sirloins medium rare. Well the chef at BJ's informed us he has no ability to cook a steak to medium rare, something about food safety or some other excuse. In addition to that I ordered sliders that should've had condiments on them and cooked to perfection but I received overdone meat that was dry as a desert. The folks over at BJ's seem way more concerned with alcohol sales and their disgusting "pizookie" than putting out actually good food. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to an Outback like we should have done. 0/5

Absolutely a top 5 experience. Happy Hour was till 7pm, less than $30 for full entree and a drink. Bartender was so welcoming and engaging.

The food was great. The service was even better. Very spacious and comfortable. There wing are amazing. Beer lovers dream

We brought my step mom for her Birthday. Grace was our server and she did a great job! We love the food, especially the Pizookie!!!!

Hands down, great food and great service! The food was hot and fresh, you could tell it hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp. It came out as soon as it was ready, and the presentation was on point. Huge shoutout to our server Juan, he was super welcoming and friendly. And can we talk about his AMAZING sweet tea?! I’d come back just for that alone! Overall, 10/10 for both service and food. We will definitely be back!

I ordered Half Slab Baby back ribs and you know what I got? PIZZA!!! Yes you read that correctly. I’m going to post the pictures of the pizza, receipt and box it came in.

Went last night for the first time. Our waitress Taylor was GREAT! Seating is Bbw/bhm friendly. A few ppl were there with kids and some passionate people about the game.

Even though it was busy it did not take long for us to get our meals. The food was great my date and I had the pork chops, spinach, mashed potatoes. I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo. We shared the strawberry shortcake and it was 🔥🔥. Drinks of course were good.

Parking depends on time I had to park by the mission across the walk it’s not far. My date was able to get a parking spot in the lot on the side of the restaurant.

Before ordering, asked if its ok to modify the menu item. Waitress assured us it was ok. Received a hamburger w/cheese when asked for no cheese. Waitress comment” i told them no cheese”! Wtf,o!! When the burger was brought back, it now included items i also requested be removed. It was either remove the items or summon the manager. Choose to remove items and try and enjoy the rest of the meal with my date. Will gives second thoughts to returning...

I got two orders of the $13 deal.
Burnt food, went in and got it replaced. Kind manager and order pick up host.
I didn't want them to mess up the same food so I asked to change the food selection.

They burnt the food again and one of the orders was wrong. So I'm pretty upset at this point.

How did I address this and you guys still mess it up?

Katherine is the BEST the restaurant has.... Very sweet and funny... Got our food out at a speedy rate.... The chicken was juicy and really good!! Totally recommend!!!

The alfredo was to die for. The wings were great. You have got to try the pizokie. Awesome services. Would definitely come again. I recomend you to go here.
