This is the worst restaurant in Laurel Md the wait time is so long even though it stays empty the service is slow the food is undercooked

My first experience here about a year ago was amazing. Went today, server Juan S was dry and unenthusiastic, food was overcooked and underwhelming. Fryer grease needs to be changed, we could tell in the color and taste of the food. Just an overall poor second experience won’t be returning.

Went in during happy hour and asked waiter what was the specials. She told me only the weekly specials no mention of happy hour. I proceeded to order. Asked for the drink special margarita and could swore a water. The order whiter pizza no mushrooms add onions side brussel sprouts. Pizza came back
With sausages which I don’t eat no water. She offered to take back but why when I was ready to go and it would had taken more time. Long story I won’t go back pizza wasn’t all that took sausages off still not all that drink was ok and brussel sprouts where too too grilled 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😩 40 that probably going go to waste 😝

I have come in for lunch and had the salmon.
It has to have been the best I ever had!

This is first time to eat at BJ’s, we were in town and we were brought by family. We were very disappointed by this restaurant I would have given them a -0. The service was poor, I ordered cheddar broccoli soup, it was too thick and tasteless , the server was ok , he didn’t check on us while the place was not that busy. The Burger was burned when we complained they took it back, and same burger came back, we are not stupid!! My son complained of his burger he only ordered the patty, bun, cheese and bacon, the order came wrong, it went back but it came back the same they only added the bacon, we are not stupid! it had to go back. Overall the food was not that great, we will be visiting other restaurants.

I ordered on Uber eats and got the complete wrong order, I wanted a Medium ribeye and two house salads. Instead I was set this 8 oz whatever and they paired it with a dry piece of chicken as if that was an adequate solution. On top of that giving me the wrong salad and asparagus… it’s almost like it was on purpose. I wanted one steak for my period and you guys did horribly. I won’t be venturing in store even on your best day.

Talk about lazy! Talk about unorganized! Talk about unenthusiastic. While I give my bombastic side eye let me tell you about my experience at this Brewhouse. First of all, the staff seemed busy… but there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Secondly, it took 15 minutes for a waiter to address us when we got here. Currently still waiting for our food and it has been an hour since we ordered our food. NO ONE IS IN THE RESTAURANT. My husband and I have been to BJ’s in Arizona, Nevada, and California and now here in Maryland and this one has been THE WORST of them. Literally, what are they doing?

I ordered the enlightened Mediterranean chicken bowl and this is what I got. This is not Peruvian quinoa with brown rice, this is white rice

I had a fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! The food was absolutely amazing, and the $13 meal deal was unbeatable for the quality and portions. The staff was super friendly, and our waitress was incredibly attentive and charismatic, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to pick up my food and this woman was very rude and disrespectful she had fox locks and lip liner to be exact I do not appreciate this behavior I respect people and want to be treated The same way this is horrible for a establishment with great meals and beverages I hope BJ,s gets there employees mindsets together I hope people have better vibrations seems like nobody wants to work these days smh

The customer service and value of food for six people was great. We all enjoyed our food which was great. Our fries (regular and sweet potato) could have been hotter although they were good.
