If you want a BWW with zero atmosphere, low inventory and terrible service, this is the BWW for you!
My girlfriend and I went in and sat for probably 15 minutes before someone came over. After ordering drinks, she came back a few minutes later to say they didn't have the tequila that we wanted. No problem! We ordered beer too (blue moon and an IPA). So she comes back later 'sorry we don't have either of those drinks either'.
At that point we walked out.
And they had paper straws.

First time ordering from here - ordered carry out and picked up in time. All of the wings were cold and not fully sauced. One of the worst bdubs I’ve experienced.

Unfortunately, these are the worst buffalo wings I’ve ever had. This is actually the second time I’ve ordered them . The first time they were clearly old, reheated, flavorless, and extremely dry. I thought I had just been unlucky.
But after trying a year later, I had the exact same experience. Absolutely awful. A real disappointment. 😞

Just went to this location and had absolutely horrendous service.
There were only 10 other people present but it still took over 30 minutes for some of our food to come out and it was only the wings for one of us. It took another 25 minutes for my wings to appear and there was no ranch. When we asked for ranch, it took another 10 minutes before the bartender came back out with other people’s food and I had to ask again. At this point I asked for a box as the other person had been done their food for some time and we had to leave.
Not only was nothing taken off the bill, there wasn’t even an apology.
We spent over an hour and a half at this restaurant and I wasn’t even able to eat my food.

Unfortunately you can tell when restaurants are understaffed. Restaurant looked a mess (Sunday night around 9pm). A bunch of dirty tables with leftover food and menus scattered everywhere. We opted to sit at the bar. Let me tell you all TERIKA was in there working her butt off!!! For the most part alone! She was at the bar making drinks, delivering food to the other tables surrounding, collecting menus, cleaning tables and STILL had a pleasant attitude!!!! My order was wrong but she made sure it got corrected and delivered fresh. Our food was decent, typical for a place as such. But again I want to highlight TERIKA on 5 star customer service!!! She should definitely be recognized.

Went to this restaurant excited to participate in the unlimited appetizer deal. Sat and waited only for the waitress to tell me they only offer it during happy hour on weekdays. I did some research after learning that and have yet to find anything saying it is during the weekdays on happy hour only. Ended up leaving, very disappointed.

Just walked in for a cocktail. A pineapple mojito. It was very sweet but good. My boyfriend had a beer and enjoyed it. Decent atmosphere. Fast service. Not too busy at that time. The screens were on so we were entertained by the shows and sports. Good spot for a quick drink when we weren't quite ready to go home yet.

Upon entering the establishment, we proceeded to the rear where the kitchen is located to inquire if anyone was available to take our order. After a short wait, an employee emerged from the kitchen and informed us that he was the sole staff member present. Regrettably, this experience has led us to decide against returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It is essential that management addresses this staffing issue, as it is concerning to enter a restaurant and find no employees available to assist customers.

Was Not Happy With this at All hopefully this get cleaned up by Management!!😡😡😡😡

There was some type of issue going on that day. My party was told that they were unable to serve us due to issues with staff. The dining area looked like it hasn't been cleaned. No greeter at the door. They said sit yourself, but when we asked for menus we were given that unable to serve statement.

Extremely rude unreasonable customer threw a disruptive tantrum and the staff (Mimi, Nova, Lily and Miguel) handled situation with extreme professionalism all the while being attentive to a full bar and restaurant. Awesome happy hour! Crispy wings and $5 large beers! Mimi took excellent care of us! 10/10 would recommend (if you are a reasonable citizen). Lol.

My partner and I walked in to find only one customer inside. Another woman came in alone and sat at a table, and eventually, her friends joined her. The server told us to sit wherever and said she’d be with us shortly.

She came to take our orders and after a while, she brought us our fries but the fries wasn’t good. But it wasn’t a big deal.

My partner got his food pretty quickly, but I had ordered a 10-piece wings. As we sat there waiting, I noticed the other customers (a group of FOUR, who arrived after us) were already getting their full orders. Meanwhile, my partner was nearly done eating and my food still hadn’t shown up.

We waited over 20 minutes before finally asking where my food was. That’s when the server came back and told us she had made a mistake and apologized — by that point, I was beyond frustrated.

She offered to tell the kitchen, but by then we had been sitting there for over 30 minutes, and I still had no food. The complete lack of attention, the carelessness, and the unprofessional attitude ruined what was supposed to be a simple meal.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I left hungry, angry, and extremely disappointed. Definitely will not be returning.
