Ordered one 5-piece wing combo and two 5-piece wings only. Food was decent but wings were quite dry. There’s never anyone at the front counter like there use to be. Instead they put up a hand-written sign directing customer to another area of the restaurant. There should be someone up front to do this, not a hand-written sign.

Place is clean and my server was amiable. But they got my order wrong twice. 10 bone in wings half blazin, half lemon pepper. 1st time we got some other customers order. 2nd time we got boneless with moldy vegetables. Serving moldy veg, really? Cooking staff must've stopped caring a long time ago, or their walk in is trying to become a kitchen nightmares episode.

Whoever is running this place needs a new job. There should be no reason only two guest are in the restaurant and I stood at the host stand for over 5 min before someone came out from the back. Not to greet me, but to go to the bar and watch the game on TV. I left.

We stopped by after a movie for drinks and a quick bite. Turns out on Tuesdays they have a buy-one-get-one-free wings deal. I ordered a dozen wings, but unfortunately, the food was far from satisfying. When they arrived, some of the wings were cold, and all of them were extremely overcooked—rock hard and over-fried to the point of tasting stale. I understand some people prefer their wings fried hard, but these tasted more like leftovers than freshly prepared food. After eating just three, I couldn’t continue and told the bartender about the issue. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, offered no solution, and charged me for the full order without even attempting to address my complaint. Given the poor food quality and lack of customer care, I strongly advise against ordering food here, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone.

We decided to have valentines dinner at the Columbia B -Dubs, Big Mistake!!! First we were sat at a dirty sticky table.. we sat for about 15 minutes before we got drinks, soda and tea nothing fancy, the server finally came back to take our order. After taking the order of people who came in after us? We each ordered 10 wings, salads and chips and queso.. the chips and water cheese aka. queso dip. Came out half a cup of watered down cheese and a handful of chips.. we had to ask for napkins, he brought us 2 … then the wings come out 40 minutes later. He brings our salads out after the wings .. 2 salads one fork!! I guess we were supposed to share🤣 all in all it was a horrible experience!!

No parking space. And no matter which buffalo location one goes to. Including this place. They just can’t never get orders out what day it is. Been over 30 mins for a pick up and they still can’t get it out.

Had the most unpleasant experience ever! We were told to sit anywhere and someone will come up to us to take our order. We waited about 20 minutes and still no one came up to us to take our order (not even drinks). We asked one server if someone can take our order and she said she will have someone come to us. After about another 20 minutes (of waiting STILL) we asked another person which at this point is ridiculous. This was also during one of their busiest days ever. Only 2 servers were working. Which is no excuse to not provide us service! We then asked one more server to come and take our order as we saw she took care of another group of people which she seemed very "friendly" with since one of the guys was touching her while she was supposedly "working" and we were there wayyyy before they were. As we asked another server to take our order she told us she can not keep track as to where people are sitting since she's very busy. DO NOT TELL US TO SIT ANYWHERE AND THEN GIVE US A DAMN EXCUSE AS TO YOU'RE SUPER BUSY AND NOT ABLE TO KEEP TRACK AS TO WHERE PEOPLE ARE SITTING AND PROVIDE SERVICE TO WHAT SEEMED LIKE YOUR GROUP OF FRIENDS!!!!!!!! Never coming back to this LOCATION.

Came in for an online pickup at the bar, the waitress at the front door was so sweet and polite but the white lady at the bar who I had to get my order from was so disrespectful. Did not acknowledge me whatsoever when i stood in front of her. I said Hello and she put her finger up at me saying give me a minute. After i told her my order name I asked if everything was in the bag and she did not bother to look up at me to confirm. I said Thank you and have a good night which she ignored and still did not bother to look up. If you do not have any good basic customer service skills do not work in customer service!!!!!!!!

Whoever worked at this time of the day is very disrespectful. All I asked was for half of my order to be honey barbecue because half of the wings were spicy. The other half was for my toddlers. I had ordered 20 wings in total & the girl was giving me a hard time. She said she couldn’t make any changes but to cancel my order? Like what. That’s not necessary. Then she hung up on my call in the middle of the conversation. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t be working at that place. Period. Buffalo Wild Wings use to be the spot, but now all these young kids of this generation have no manners & respect what so ever. I wish I got her name, but I will definitely come up there tomorrow..

I had the misfortune of dining at Buffalo Wild Wings in Laurel, and let me tell you—it was an absolute disaster. The chicken was so hard and overcooked it could have doubled as a weapon. Chewing through it felt like a punishment, as though I was being forced to endure some medieval form of culinary torture. To make matters worse, the flavor (if you can call it that) was indistinguishable from the low-grade slop you’d expect from a school cafeteria on its worst day.

The so-called “sauces” couldn’t salvage the meal; they were watery and bland, an insult to anyone with functioning taste buds. The service wasn’t much better, with long waits and staff that acted like serving customers was an inconvenience. The ambiance? About as inviting as a bus terminal.

If you’re looking for a place to waste your money and walk away feeling thoroughly disrespected, this is it. Buffalo Wild Wings in Laurel is a hard pass. Save yourself the frustration and head literally anywhere else.

This place keeps getting worse, I havent had a single order be correct any time i have ordered carryout or delivery. It's impressive how they manage to forget literally half of the dollar value of my orders every time, not to mention the food that actually did arrive is ALWAYS room temperature at best.
