I placed a take out order. When I got to the restaurant there was no clear sign to show where to pick up order. I was standing at the front and no one asked if I needed help. I went to stand by the bar and no one was there. When someone finally came by I told him I was there to pick up take out. He rudely said it’s over there. I walked away still not clear where to go. There was a waiter who didn’t ask if I needed help. I saw a person walking around a corner with a take out bag and followed. I believe as a prepaid customer it would have been nice to show better service. At least show me where to go. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. If it closed down I wouldn’t be surprised.

I came here to celebrate my 21st birthday with my boyfriend. Unfortunately I did not get to do that because I sat at the bar and waited, and waited, and waited. No acknowledgment from the bartender. I get that we look young but we had money to spend. So we did spend it, at outback. That’s where I suggest you go instead of Buffalo Wild Wings.

The absolute worst location EVER!!! The bartender Flacca, is so miserable and mean. She knows NOTHING about customer service, her spirit is very dark and bothering. She dominates the bar with negativity as if her father built it and left her in charge. She walks around with such hostility as if she’s not at work.

The Asian lady bar tender is one the meanest people I've ever met in my life. She is extremely mean on impact for no reason. She's also very offensive. With all the people needing jobs right now I'm sure you can hire somebody with a better personality than this.

Door is broken after a long time which makes entry bad and confusing you would think they would handle that issue quick because its the main entrance for people also no one ever comes up to the front (where your supposed to enter from but cant because its broken) to handle customers to get a table.
Don’t go to the bar when a woman named Flaka is serving. She’s the rudest, nastiest bartender I’ve ever encountered. We literally sat down tried to order and got nothing but rude responses from her for absolutely no reason. We walked out.
