We walk in and a sign says “seat yourself”. That’s ok. We sit down and then about 4 minutes later a server comes over and says we can order through the QR code on the table. I go through the process and start choosing my order and notice that the prices are exorbitant. Then i go to send the order and i have to put my credit card on file……this is supposed to be a restaurant where we get waited on and then pay a tip. But with a decrease in service, massive increase in prices and then requiring a card on file with a site that doesn’t list its security certificate i believe I’ll take my family and eat elsewhere.

The stooges...The few instances I've visited this location it's like a ghost town. My last visit with my family is terrible. We walked in and waited slightly over 10 mins to be seated as there was no host available  from what can see the only bartender female "Blanka" was available.  We eventually flagged her down and she brought us to a table which I saw her preinspect with a look. Once seat, I noticed the table had not been wiped down and was covered in sause. As the place being dead I walked to the counter near the window to look for a wipe but could not find one. I eventually flag the same bartender Blanka to wipe the table down she had apologized but seem rather non apologetic about it. Shortly are fountain drink order was taken and brought. We took a few minutes to compile a order, once ready I had flag the same gal and let her know we are ready to place and order. Blanka had told us we don't take verbal order and that we must use our phone to scan a QR code. I kindly explained that last week I came in and the Male bar tender to my order verbally without any issue. She went over and talked to manager and stated it her rules so one must use the QR app. Eventually after going back and forth we asked to speak to the manager. The manager had come out from the back and spoken with us, she had stated that this location is understaff and there's no available to take out order and so emphasized for one to use a QR code. I explained to her , that no everyone has a phone and that the folks that will either have a personal or private phone. The private company phone are locked to company specified application only (aka JAMF or MDM) which restricts public apps due to policy's inplace, sensing the manager was was rather computer illiterate I decided to end the conversation as she was not comprhending.I understand several organizations push for more mobile usage but as visiting several BWW in VA MD and NJ. This the first I'm hereing we cannot take verbal order dispate me ordering Barside last week. Manager went on stating the the store is #1 but take a look for yourself at the other reviews and 3.5 star.  Please do not come here take your business else where  like I did. We ended up just walking to nandos same concept of mobile ordering but still retain conventional ordering available.

My family and I went out to eat for dinner after shopping in this outdoor shopping center. After being seated the waitress told us to use the QR code to order. As I was trying to put my items in the cart it kept saying there was a server error so I asked if I could just place an order with her and she advised me to restart my phone because no one else is having that issue. She said that they haven’t been able to place orders for 7 months and everything is online only. This establishment had absolutely no hospitality and the employees were only willing to take orders if we had cash. It was a horrible expirience, my children and I went a couple doors down to KOGI Korean bbq which attended us with great service and amazing food and we were seated immediately unlike bww where we had to find a server to acknowledge us

This experience was mediocre at best. Our waitress FLOCKA was nice but not the best server. We weren’t greeted for a while after having to seat ourselves. We had to ask about/for almost everything. We had to ask for water, wet wipes, even HOW TO order because we were instructed to scan the QR Code on the table top & that’s it (we were later told by our waitress that she would be taking the order since cash was being used vs card). We were barely checked back with throughout our visit. The food was ok. The drink I had was more juice & everything else vs any liquor/alcohol. When our waitress informed the manager she did not even make an attempt to offer any type of solution nor apology. This location is in my neighborhood and this is the first time I have ever come here. Safe to say I will not be back to this location.

We made a pick up order and when we got home to eat, I took one bite of the lemon pepper wings and spit it out! We had to throw it away. The bbq boneless wings tasted like poison that had been sitting there for weeks! Shame on them for servicing food this terrible! But the thing that I’m asking is if they could serve the same disgusting food to people dining in….. never again!

My family had a horrible experience on Veterans Day with the 2 managers. Casey was very rude manager and Jade was a spineless useless manager. I complained to corporate about my dissatisfaction with they 2 managers and requested a call back. I have not heard from anyone to date. Don’t waste your time and money on a business that’s doesn’t care about customer service.

Walked in the laurel location @11:20 on a Friday night. The bartender, in a brusquely manner, addressed my group to aware us that “they are closed”. The website obviously says 1:00am is the closing time for that location so we are confused on why we was denied service. Please change if that information is incorrect & most importantly having a more polite way to address situations like this.

Things were ok. We came in to enjoy some wings and football and chat. Service was fair, but we suspect several folks had stomach issues later. The burger was pretty good. The drinks... super sugary.

"I had an exceptional experience at this establishment, all thanks to the fantastic bartender, Brandon. Their expertise in mixology was truly impressive, crafting delicious drinks with precision and flair. Not only were the drinks top-notch, but their welcoming and friendly demeanor created an enjoyable atmosphere. I appreciated their attentiveness, offering great recommendations and ensuring everyone at the bar had a wonderful time. A true asset to the place—can't wait to return!"
