Night staff is a joke. Order my food on time had to wait because they had kids working passed bed time. Gave me an incorrect order and to top things worst, the SODA does not even have sugar. plain carbonated water.

This place is definitely in need of an update, but it is clean and organized, and the staff was so helpful and friendly that I almost felt uncomfortable. The food was fast and all the ingredients were very fresh and appealing. They really seem to be trying hard.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY. THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I ONLY GAVE A ONE STAR BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN LEAVE A COMMENT BUT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT. THEY HAVE NO MEANS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEED BETTER TRAINING. THE STAFF I EXPERIENCED TODAY IS BY FAR THE WORST. MOST DAYS WITH OTHER MANAGEMENT MY EXPERIENCE IS GREAT BUT TODAY 3/3/25 THE LADY MANAGER AND THE HEAVIER SET DRIVE THROUGH LADY NEED TO BE FIRED. THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BASICALLY SAID SINCE IVE PAID WITH THE APP THEY COULD NOT HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUE.
I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AT 1:18PM. I GOT THERE AT 1:55 AND MY ORDER WAS NOT READY. I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS A LUNCH BREAK AND I COULD NOT WAIT. THEY TOLD ME ITS THE APP AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND CANNOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I THEN LEFT AND CAME BACK I EVEN TOLD THEM I WILL COME BACK. I GOT BACK AT 2:30 AND MY FOOD STILL WAS NOT COMPLETED. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T MAKE MY FOOD. THEY HAD MAYBE 5 CARS IN DRIVE THRU BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT I PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR IT IN THE APP AT 1:18PM SO WHY WAS MY FOOD NOT MADE. I CLEARLY WILL BE COMING TO GET IT IF I ALREADY PAID FOR IT.
I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. MY COMPANY WILL NO LONGER COME BACK. WE AS THE CONSUMER BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE CAN GET FOOD ANYWHERE BUT IF YOU HAVE NO CLEAR CAPACITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE WILL BUY FROM YOU.
ITS CALLED FAST FOOD AND I DID NOT GET THAT EXPERIENCE TODAY.

Ordered an eggnormous. It has nothing but a 3 tota and thee smallest egg patty ever. Food quality horrible. No bacon or anything inside. Was a waste of time. This burger king and it's team members suck

Sorry service. Had to Wait extra long for my food. I only ordered one thing. People that came after me received their food before me. So i ask for a refund. They said we don’t do. Then I asked for a store credit. We don’t do that either. The basically wrote I owe you on my receipt. That type of behavior dose not make me won’t to shop there again. And to be clear I just wanted my money back.

Went in to pick up a mobile order. Staff was very polite, respectful. From what I noticed, Brandon is a hard worker, very respectful and courteous to staff. Didn't wait that long for an order. Manager was also very respectful.

I ordered the sausage egg and cheese cheesy melt meal, & I only got to take one bite before I saw mold on the bread. I immediately spit out what I bit and returned to the store. The manager was nice though and gave me a refund for the sandwich. But I’ll never go back here though.

I've never been told I couldn't use a bathroom unless I order food from burger King. They use a code lock that a manager has to open a for you. I was going eat anyway but had to promise before it could be opened. Things almost got messy. What is this world coming to?
