A horrible congested time-wasting location. They don't get the Mc Donald's 90 sec drive thru model and never will. Also top the the builder/ construction company that was renovating this place took almost a year to finish- what a sloppy waste of time. I have seen Sheetz get torn gown and rebuilt in three-4 months- not this circus drive thru. (It looks like a dealership car drop off???) - not even efficient- took 10 minutes to snake around this dumpster fire and wait for mediocre food. I dont see the allure. This time I'm out, Peace.

The new drive-thru system is trash! They take your order and then someone stops you to confirm your order. They dont check the order. I ask for a certain sauce got to work, wrong sauce-one that I loathe! Do better- you re-opened!
Tonight, I visited Chick-fil-A just before closing time and had an exceptional experience. Wayne greeted me with a warm smile and served me the most beautifully crafted ice cream cone I have ever seen. It was a true testament to his dedication to quality, even at the end of a long day. Additionally, Ben was incredibly kind and courteous while taking my payment, making the entire transaction smooth and pleasant. Their exemplary customer service has certainly made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Wayne and Ben, for going above and beyond!

Just drove 15 minutes to this location for breakfast, to find out it’s closed for renovations….. they should have updated this information.
Maybe you should list online that you are temporarily closed due to construction instead of having me driving all the way out here.
